Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:

1. Sr. Project Engineer

Develop, monitor and provide continuous support on project activities in terms of contract management, procurement and project execution for the project to be cost effective manner, safe and timely delivery, whilst ensuring compliance to PETRONAS, Government and regulatory requirements and meeting customers’ and partner expectations.

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering disciplines or equivalent.

• Minimum – 8 - 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry.

• Understanding of E&P Business and possess technical awareness in operations is an added advantage.

• Good written and oral command of the English Language

• Organised and structured worker, able to meet multiple tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills across multi functions

2. Sr Fabrication Engineer

Plan, execute, control and supervise engineering work activities and perform project execution activities from contracting strategy, technical & commercial evaluation, contract execution and budget observation through out conceptual and detail design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of surface facilities particularly in Civil Engineering for all field development projects undertaken by PCSB/PCML in line with company policy/objectives to ensure reliable and successful implementation that is critical to operational needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering disciplines or equivalent.

• Minimum 8 – 12  years’ experience in oil and gas industry.

• Understanding of E&P Business and possess technical awareness in operations is an added advantage.

• Good written and oral command of the English Language

• Organised and structured worker, able to meet multiple tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills across multi functions

3. Sr HSE Engineer

Develop, organize, and implement HSE strategies, programs, and initiatives for Project HSE and Contractors HSE to ensure compliance of HSE requirements, standards and procedures in a safe manner, so as to reduce HSE risks in achieving excellent HSE governance and performance.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or equivalent

• At least 7 - 9 years of experience in oil & gas industry and any prior upstream working experience would be an added advantage

• Good working knowledge and relevant experience in the multi-disciplinary aspects of project management preferably on project risk assessment and project is an added advantage

• Understanding of HSE legislation of the host countries, HSE standards and policies

• Interpreting impact of business direction to capability development, knowledge management and required systems/tools related to HSE

• Understanding of security threats of the host countries (e.g. civil disorder, tribal clash, piracy, terrorism, land mine, fishermen illegal intrusions) and manage it to bring the impact to business to ALARP

• Understand methodologies to conduct gap analysis, prioritize solutions and track implementation of multidiscipline projects

• Preferably experienced in Change Management methodology to ensure change impacts are well-being mitigated throughout the HSE strategy execution

• Preferably experienced to handle high stakeholder’s expectation, e.g. host country authorities & NGOs requirements, environmental conservation, safer workplace

• Good written and oral command of the English Language

• Organised and structured worker, able to meet multiple tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills across multi functions

4. Expeditor

Execute operational sourcing activities through rationalization of departments’ request, meet urgent & ad-hoc requirements and guide user on SCM process to ensure compliance to Countries policies and procedures and meet business requirement.

Requirements

-  Degree in any technical, science and / or business discipline.

-  Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement/contract management related activities in Oil and Gas industry.

-  Knowledge in procurement application system is an added advantage, i.e. SAP, SRM

-  Preferably hold PTK 007 certificate.

-  Good written and oral command of the English Language

-  Organised and structured worker, able to meet multiple tight deadlines.

-  Good communication skills across multi functions
