Job Descriptions
Pasir Petroleum Resources Limited has Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with Indonesian Government to explore and develop an Oil & Gas block in Pasir Block, East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant positions:
1. Drilling Engineer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare to execute and supervising Company’s Drilling, Completion, workover and wellservice program, give solid technical & operational review and feedback on the shared Program.
• Prepare proposal drilling include budgetary to SKK Migas.
• Managing the logistics and reporting of operations drilling/workover/wellservice.
• Coordinates and supervises the activities of drilling and completion of development and exploration wells.
• Manages the drilling project contracts. Evaluates and approves the drilling units and associated equipment.
• Consults on reviews and critiques drilling prognoses. Is an active participant in well design reviews and risk assessments.
• Prepare final well report drilling, close out report and involve discussion/coordination with another Department and SKK Migas.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimal bachelor’s degree majoring in Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimal 10 years experiences as Drilling Engineer/DWO in upstream Oil & Gas Industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent in English both written and spoken.
• Have a good networking with SKK Migas.
• Have knowledge and experiences in AFE, Procurement, WP&B and Closed Out.
• Have knowledge and experiences in Drilling Program design.
• Have experiences with drilling operation in Kalimantan Area.
• Able to join immediately.
2. Production Engineer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform day to day production monitoring from wells, production facility, scheduling oil trucking until loading-offloading oil and lifting.
• Perform day-to-day Artificial lift and Well performance monitoring and propose Well optimization plan.
• Acquired, record and analyse well production test.
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly production report include stock, joint report with SKK Migas and also with other PSC
• Prepare yearly Work Program & Budget
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Preferable Petroleum Engineering
• 3 years’ experience in oil and gas industry.
• Have experiences in Production, Petroleum or Reservoir Engineering
• Have experience in yearly Work Program & Budget.
• Have a good networking with SKK Migas.
3. Operation Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to manage, monitor and controlling Operation Division to enable company performs more effective and efficient as well as to improve the business results
• Responsible in managing day to day operational activities at work sites
• Responsible for project progress and management of work force to ensure efficiency, safety and smooth execution of daily routine requirements
• Supervise Drilling and Production Operations
• Drive continuous improvements on work processes and ensuring procedures and policies are complied with standards in work sites
• Taking corrective actions to rectify variances.
• Managing the commissioning and startup of new projects and plant modifications to ensure compliance with standards, specs and contract terms and conditions.
• Managing field production assets to ensure optimum exploitation and administrating the resources to operate and maintain all surface facilities to ensure optimum availability of oil production around the clock in a safe and environmental friendly manner.
• Manage the contractual aspects of secured projects and monitoring and control the project cost
• Reviewing of quotations and cost estimates and strategizing technical proposals to ensure tender bids are comprehensively estimated and submitted as per tender requirements
• Liaise with the team in planning, scheduling and budgetary control of materials used, manage the company assets inventory and make sure it is monitored
• Establish health, safety and environment policies for all work sites and ensure compliance
• Contribute to the evaluation of machinery, equipment and tooling requirements and procurement and ensure that all machinery, equipment and tooling procured are installed and commissioned in accordance with the Customer’s contract
• Provide strategic leadership to grow and enhance the organizational capabilities as well as capacity to execute the strategies to achieve the business objectives
• Provide advice and support to the Director for operation implementation system, review and revision of the project plan
• Build up relationships with vendor to support company objectives
• Supervising facilities and production engineers, and contractor in the field.
REQUIREMENTS :
• This position requires a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic
• Knowledge on production, facilities, completion, and drilling engineering
• In-depth knowledge of the various oil and gas field procedures and practices
• Experienced as a manager 8-10 years in Oil and Gas Industry and able to set project budgeting and monitoring execution
• Education S1 majoring in Petroleum Engineering or related Engineering, with at least 15 years experiences in operation position
• Knowledge of Reservoir, Drilling, Operations and Geology for effective interaction and support of current operations and acquisition review and evaluation.
• Knowledge of various Standard of Inspection and Management System
• Excellent communication skill in English and Bahasa both verbal and written. Must have hands on attitude to the work environment and problem solving skills
4. Process Engineer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proficient in plant process conceptual design, process simulation, detail design and commissioning activities is preferred.
• Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data.
• Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Project Management Experience
• Performing risk assessments.
• Knowledge in Operation and Maintenance background will be an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry
• Having knowledge in processing surface equipment in Oil and Gas industry
• Having knowledge in simulation for surface equipment in Oil and Gas industry
5. Geologist
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, propose and carry out work covered in the G&G section which includes geological & geophysical studies, basin analysis, petrophysical analysis, stratigraphy, sedimentology, additional log data recording, check shot, VSP, sidewall core, conventional core, acquisition/interpretation/re-interpretation /processing/re-processing seismic data, modelling and updating static G&G models to obtain optimal exploration, development, and field production scenarios.
• Develop and prepare proposed work plans and budgets, long-term, medium-term, and short-term field development to optimize production.
• Prepare and plan geological and geophysical databases and samples needed to facilitate data analysis and interpretation.
• Carrying out monitoring related to G&G aspects for further analysis.
• Supervise and provide G&G technical assistance in the field during re-activation, maintenance, workover, stimulation, and completion to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
• Collaborate with operations teams in Jakarta and the field to ensure all preparatory work for projects in the field runs smoothly, effectively, and efficiently and within budget.
• Develop, review, and collaborate with other functions for the creation of AFE and WP&B as well as close-out/accountability.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering
• Minimum 5 – 6 years technical work experience in the field of Geology and Geophysics in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Have a good knowing about software related to Geophysics and Geology.
• Have experience in yearly Work Program & Budget.
• Have a good networking with SKK Migas.
6. HR Officer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in human resources development area: Compensations & Benefit, Organization Development, HR information System, Industrial Relations.
• Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies, procedures and program to Management and ensure its compliance with current employment law and regulations.
• Prepare and handling payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21.
• Prepare and handling HR reports to SKK Migas.
• Prepare and handling budgeting (WP&B) to SKK Migas.
• Manage and ensure office operational requirements and procedures are well organized.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Having a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management.
• Having a minimum 1 year of work experience in KKKS.
• Having knowledge in PTK 018 Rev. 2.
• Having knowledge in UU TK dan Cipta Kerja
• Strong understanding in current Indonesian Labor Regulations.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
• Familiar with licensing and company legality updating process.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
7. Tax Officer/AP/AR Staff
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling all payment
• Prepare monthly budgeting schedule payment.
• Manage cash inflows and outflows efficiently.
• Handling financial monthly reports
• Prepare contract expenditure (Cost controller)
• Support tax report (PPH 23, PPH 4(2) and VAT)
• Handling petty cash
• Translate finance document from Bahasa to Mandarin and vice versa (If needed)
• Liaise with internal, external and any other related parties.
• Other job duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience in oil and gas industry
• Preferable certified in A&B Tax Brevet
• Minimum intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
8. Admin
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the timely processing of the flow of the incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Type letters, memos, faxes, reports, etc.
• Ensure that the flow of correspondence is handled accurately and forwarded promptly to those concerned.
• Ensure that documents, invoices, correspondence, etc which require management approval and/or action are prepared according to established procedures and channelled through appropriate authorized personnel.
• Set-up appointments and meeting as required by Department Head
• Organize and maintain an effective filing system.
• Translate letters from Indonesia to English/Mandarin if required.
• Keep confidential matters for any cases if related to others.
• Create, Monitoring document based on request from Jakarta Department and Field Department
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Having a minimum 2 year of work experience in KKKS.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
9. Contract Admin
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To advertise any bid tender/ open tender announcement
• To arrange, handle the registration and compiling any PQ document tender.
• To arrange and compile any document tender to pre-bid meeting as necessarily.
• To mediate tender documents delivered and bid invitation.
• To facilitate any services SCM meeting as scheduled by bid committee and SCM.
• To assist Procurement Coordinator for immediate acts of procurements requirements to be represented as directed by SKKMIGAS Implementation Guidance.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Having a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SCM
• Having a minimum 1 year of work experience in KKKS.
• Certified in PTK 007 Rev 004/005
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
10. IT Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up and manage user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels and security protocols.
• Assist with internal tech issues, guiding employees through troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with external vendors or IT specialists when advanced support is needed.
• Regularly back up critical company data and implement disaster recovery measures.
• Manage and implement the company's and information systems policy also including but not limited to manage, Troubleshoot, conduct goods and services procure for all company’s hardware, software, networks, and data organizations to ensure IT infrastructure keep running with minimum downtime, secure, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
• Providing effective support with addressing user issues, providing timely assistance, and conducting troubleshoot for both hardware and software for user.
• Conduct market survey and benchmark by establishing relationships with ICT provides and consultants to find the recent technology that applicable with the company business needs and contribute to improve company operations.
• Conduct system maintenance by performing software updates, patches, and system backups (servers, file server, network, switch, etc.).
Website Development & Maintenance:
• Develop, maintain, and update company websites, ensuring responsive design and optimal performance.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify website requirements and implement changes accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Implement security measures to protect website data and prevent breaches.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in information and technology
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all staff.
• Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve IT issues.
• Review and coordinate user needs and liaise with contractors.
• Technical Expertise: MS Office, MS Windows, Outlook, One Drive.
• Troubleshooting, Assessment, System Knowledge, Critical Thinking Skills.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support request simultaneously.
