We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:

1. POSITION  : Senior HSE Supervisor/Coordinator

Department/Project : HSE / Assets Base _ Yard fabrication

Working Status  : 12 months contract (extendable depends on performance and project needs)

Work location   : Karimun Yard

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION

• A background in Petrochemicals/Oil & Gas with a minimum of 5 years related support experience in Construction fabrication Yard or refinery greenfield.

• A degree/diploma in Engineering will be an advantage.

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, PWP…).

• English and Bahasa speaking is a must.

• TapRoot cause analysis trained or equivalent.

• Priority given to Indonesian worker.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Management of a team of 10 workers (Officers)

• Capacity to discuss, communicate and negotiate with the Assets and Construction team in English and Bahasa as well.

• Capable to issue the Incident report, follow the corrective action and prepare the lesson learn accordingly.

• Capable to communicate at the Toolbox Talk and during the specific stand-down or trainings.

• Can prepare and revise:

o The Technical Bid Evaluation for HSE

o The Work planning of the team

o The Risk Assessment for the specific activities at site performed by Saipem or performed by the Sub-contractors.

• Ready to work in overtime according to the needs of the fabrication yard.

• Ready to prepare the KPI specific for the Yard and Assets, present them in front his management as well.
