We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

1. Specialist Planning & Assurance

JOB ROLES

• Plan and develop the business management system by coordinating  across all departments; monitor implementation of (Business Management System) BMS for further improvement;

• Improve project decision making system; Manage and properly maintain Manual of authority and ExCom decision makings; Monitor and provide support to all departments major decision makings in the Company;

• Conduct, monitor and evaluate project governance process with Joint Venture Partner and Tokyo Headquarters according to Joint Operating Agreement, INPEX Tokyo Masela Project Operation procedure and any other guidelines;

• Develop, propose, analyze, coordinate INPEX Masela strategic plan and middle and long terms business plan by coordinating with all departments, Tokyo Headquarters and advisors;

• Provide dedicated support to management for high level and day to day decision makings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering; Business Administration or other Sciences related to Oil and Gas Industry.

• 0 – 10 years experiences.

 

2. Specialist Budget & Cost Control

JOB ROLES

• Assist Owners in preparation for Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs) in order to ensure timely submission of AFEs to SKK Migas and secure timely approval of AFEs from SKK Migas;

• Monitor budget and AFEs and identify the needs to revise budget / AFEs. Support Owners to revise budget / AFEs;

• Monitor AFEs and identify which AFEs should be closed-out, and support Owners to prepare and submit AFE Close-out report;

• Develop and review the work breakdown structure, the cost breakdown structure, cash call estimates, project cost expenditures, invoice submissions and payments, value of work done, estimated final costs in order to ensure availability of project cost data and information;

• Develop procedures and guidelines for WP&B, AFE, and Budget and Cost Control.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering; other degree QUALIFICATIONS will be considered.

3. Senior Specialist Funding

JOB ROLES

• Conduct work program and plan for project finance scheme and financing arrangement process; Prepare recommendation for work program objective and plan; Monitor and analyze work program implementation and adjust when necessary according to overall program and plan to ensure the availability of financing arrangement for INPEX Indonesia on time and align with requirement, guidelines and regulations;

• Assist and support negotiating and agreeing on any commercial matters related to the Project including LNG Development Agreement with relevant Indonesian authorities for securing bankable finance structures;

• In coordination with related team to conduct and prepare review and analysis project financing arrangement requirement (IFC, lenders, etc.); Provide comprehensive knowledge on IFC and lenders requirement; Prepare financing arrangement proposal based on data and information analysis result and requirement to ensure the financing arrangement proposal in accordance with the requirements;

• Review financing arrangement opportunities from potential lenders and other resources. Develop and compile potential lenders characteristic and requirements; Recommend approach for potential lenders in order to ensure appropriate project financing arrangement and execution of loan agreement with reputable lenders as well as other forms of financing agreements;

• Coordinate with other functions (planning, marketing, finance, legal, technical in Jakarta and Tokyo headquarters) and financial advisor, maintain good relationship with relevant Indonesian authorities to establish commercial viability of the Project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting,  Engineering or related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the function of either planning, business development, finance, investment or economics analysis.

 

4. Senior Specialist Investment

JOB ROLES

• Provide advanced expertise and broad knowledge about specified insurance services, which include procurement of insurance, management and treatment of insurable risk, and ensuring any procured insurance to comply with the related legislation including tax, to INPEX Indonesia and its Departments, Teams, and Operating Units; and assist and advise on Indonesian insurance related matters thorough coordination and liaison with the INPEX Tokyo Corporate Insurance function;

• Provide professional insurance expertise for procurement of the insurances necessary for the Project and INPEX Indonesia activities thorough the evaluation of the risk, drafting the coverage strategy and consultation with the insurance consortium.

• Provide professional insurance expertise in reviewing and verifying insurance placed by contractors for the activities of the Project and INPEX Indonesia;

• Assist Head of Section for any commercial/investment activities of the Project;

• Support department activities for any works of financial scheme development and financing arrangement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the function of either insurance, planning, and/or business development.

 

5. Senior Specialist Economics

JOB ROLES

• Develop and recommend program, research and study in INPEX Indonesia commercial and business aspect; Monitor and evaluate quality of study tools and design in providing economics and business study and information, effectiveness of study results and utilized variable/parameter/indicator as a base of business planning and strategy development, likelihood of risks in order to ensure quality of study results meet determined standards;

• Coordinate and conduct economic and business study and/or analysis for specific study/analysis purpose which is requested by Management or individual project group to support the quality of individual and/or overall INPEX Indonesia project planning;

• Coordinate, conduct, and provide the provision of support data and/or analyses (business environment, market trends, benchmark) including best practices in developing business strategic planning in oil and gas company in order to ensure quality and alignment of the specific study to overall economic and business study;

• Coordinate with other related departments; Coordinate and monitor third party contractors support services including to ensure support based on each background and support services are in accordance to contractual obligations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the function of either planning, business development, or economics analysis.

 

6. Specialist General Accounting

JOB ROLES

• Create and maintain financial transaction records for projects activities and financial services transaction record, assist invoice verification and approval status for project transaction; maintain chart of account implementation in the accounting system, conduct required cost analysis and provide solution on accounting issues; to ensure accounting records compliance to the prevailing rules and regulations and Joint Ventures/Partners agreement, and the records are valid and updated as a base of taking decision;

• Assist external accountant audit and J-SOX audit; prepare budget spending, coordinate in preparing budget variance analysis and budget status report to related department; to ensure proper control on budget expense and budget variance within tolerate range accuracy of the figures as well as proper cost allocation and accounting principle;

• Provide timely and accurate Account Payables (A/P) and Account Receivables (A/R) entry against Payment Request and outstanding of balance status and its settlement process, Assist accounting closing activities; in order to ensure financial settlement and financial books are closed timely and correctly, and general accounting reports are generated in compliance with the accounting standards;

• Conduct monthly financial closing for projects and corporate activities, asset accounting, inventory accounting, etc. to ensure financial transaction data closing in line with Company policy and procedures and accounting standard and manage qualified quarterly financial statement variance analysis report to provide variance analysis for Tokyo Head Quarter within the timeframe; propose accounting report for corporate and administrative activities and project activities; to ensure accounting report availability and submission within the timeframe and accounting report is accurate and reliable as a base of taking decision;

• Maintain asset records and monitoring system (SINAS), asset values calculation and reporting, asset movement records and security system, asset surplus and asset transferring either internally or externally (transfer to other PSC) including proposed asset write-off and disposal, maintain asset physical check both regular or impromptu; to ensure optimum asset utilization, valid asset book values information, and asset movement in line with SKK Migas rules and regulations, and Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• 0 – 10 years’ experience

 

7. Lead Digital Infrastructure

JOB ROLES

• Lead and coordinate INPEX IMT Infrastructure and Telecommunication system, equipment and systems; Develop and define IMT Infrastructure and Telecommunication system, plan, strategy and development program; Monitor, evaluate and analysis infrastructure and equipment needs in INPEX; Monitor and analyze documentation of IMT & telecommunications infrastructure development in order to ensure availability of IMT infrastructure and equipment as well as their documentation that in line with company policy and procedures;

• Design, develop and monitor IMT infrastructure within INPEX offices, site and across many different locations including IMT infrastructure for disaster backup recovery center for minimum IMT requirement to run company in crisis situation; Lead and coordinate to monitor and maintain IMT infrastructure service level and performances, technical standards, and maintenance programs both for records inventories and physical equipment; Define and monitor programs, policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of information technology services and maintain the integrity of system in order to support company business and strategy;

• Direct and establish recommendations of IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication service level, technical standards and work processes; Coordinate, review and evaluate IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication services conducted by external parties(contractors, suppliers, and/or consultants); Review and evaluate service delivery trend data and follow up on action plan for business improvement opportunities in order to ensure IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications and contractors quality of service in line with determined quality standards;

• Monitor and review records and ensure physical locations of all IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication system inventories (telecommunication: satellite, fiber optic, Local Area Network, Wide Area Network, Internet, VSAT, Telephony System, Field Communication, Radio Conventional, Radio Trunking, Phones, and any other main telecommunication media access); Lead and coordinate to maintain all systems related to internet and network in close coordination with related Groups, and monitor their performances in order to ensure all IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication system and equipment are maintained and recorded properly in line with Company policy, procedures, and quality standards;

• Provide and review IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication policy, procedures, and standards including user manual and frequently answer and question (FAQ) and other IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication guidance; Deliver and evaluate training material and socialize telecommunication guidance to related parties through various media such as intranet, manual book, and others; to enhance telecommunication devices user-friendliness;

• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Information & Technology and/ or any technical discipline.

• Tertiary degree and/or any certification from prominent institution for system analysis is preferred.

• A minimum of 13 years’ experience. Having experience in Oil and Gas Company/ Industry is preferred.

 

8. Head Cyber Security and Governance

JOB ROLES

• Coordinate and lead the team to review, develop and propose information management and technology (IT) policy and procedures, IT security management system including level of authority in various IT applications and in IT database access which are compatible to local and international standards and best practices; to provide reliable IT security management system applied in INPEX Jakarta Office;

• Coordinate and lead the team in monitoring IT program security improvement in global world and best practices, IT risk assessment, cyber-attacks handling, current IT security programs implemented in INPEX Jakarta Office and projects, required IT license and certification in software and hardware utilization, IT law and regulations in Indonesia and global world; coordinate and monitor in developing IT security design programs to secure data/information, IT system and IT network; in order to ensure continuous improvement of information security & compliance and maintain the integrity of systems;

• Coordinate and lead the team in monitoring and evaluating IT security management system implementations, in socializing IT security guidelines (IT policy, procedures, and standards, and IT security management system) through determined media (intranet, training, or others); coordinate in supervising a tracking system which control the security of data/ information in IT system/network. Coordinate and monitor risk assessments and execute tests of data processing system to ensure functioning of data processing activities and security measures;

• Coordinate the team on violation identification to the IT security system from internal and external Parties; conduct necessary warning system in accordance with level of violation for internal violator and protective action of IT data, system and network in accordance with Company policy and procedures and Indonesian law and regulations for external violator (cyber-attacks). Request advice for IT security system or program from external parties to enhance IT security system;

• Coordinate and monitor to encrypt data transmissions and erect firewalls to conceal confidential information as it is being transmitted and to keep out tainted digital transfers;

• Coordinate and monitor plan and strategy development to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs;

• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Information & Technology and/ or any technical discipline.

• Tertiary degree and/or any certification from prominent institution for system analysis is preferred.

9. Senior Specialist General & Technical Solution

JOB ROLES

• Review and analyze change & improvement of information system technology, business processes, and the trend of relevant technology; Monitor and recommend application system objective for in short term, middle term, and long terms; Develop and recommend target and work plan; Monitor and implement business solutions planning and target, IT solution system development life cycle, strategy and planning and IT Business solutions system development roadmap in order to plan and design proper and fit for purpose solution and develop the relevant target and strategy & plan and to ensure optimum IT Business Solution support for company activities;

• Monitor, review and recommend IT Business solution (General & Technical solution) and application development projects plan to overall IMT strategy and planning; Develop, design and review IMT application systems for supporting INPEX Jakarta Office activities and project including for Technical Disciplines (Drilling, Exploration, Subsurface, Engineering) and Assets Operations in order to ensure IT Business solution are aligned with IMT strategic planning, Project, and determine the requirements to achieve a successful implementation;

• Review, analyze and evaluate information and data related to IT Business solution implementation in other company, general IT best practices and trends; Recommend IT Business solution of the most fit for purpose, effective and efficient implementation in INPEX operations and projects;

• Delivery IT Business solution services to all INPEX Jakarta Office department and project as per requirement; Review and monitor IT Business solution implementation via third party provider; Monitor, review and evaluate third party performance in order to ensure implementation support INPEX Jakarta Office activities;

• Provide consultation and discussion with users, management, vendors and technicians regarding their needs and system requirements; Analyze and evaluate feedback from business users about IT business solution implementation and issues to ensure that the systems and IT aspects of the project are functioning smoothly;

• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical & Telecommunication Engineering, or other related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years experiences in IT and application system development and its support & maintenance. Having experiences in Oil & Gas Company/ Industry is preferred.

 

10. Senior Specialist ERP

JOB ROLES

• Monitor, review, and analyze change & improvement of information system technology, business processes, and the trend of relevant technology; Participate in creating IMT and ERP project plan including ERP objective, planning and target, IMT system development life cycle and roadmap to ensure optimum IMT and ERP support for company activities;

• Participate in creating ERP project plan, define the strategic implications of the project and determine the requirements Lead the analysis and development of ERP requirements and establish ERP portfolio and ERP system specifications (such as Information Management, Document Management, Portals); Recommend ERP development project steps and implementation; to ensure ERP requirements, portfolio and system specification meets with company requirements and to achieve successful ERP implementation;

• Analyze business requirements and information & data related to ERP implementation; Resolve ERP system issues and provide improved services based on problem and feedback review; Analyze and formulate solution which is most fit for purpose, effective, and efficient ERP implementation;

• Review, evaluate and select strategic and tactical delivery service providers to execute INPEX Jakarta Office ERP requirements; Oversee and manage the handover of enterprise IMT development into the support environment, manage and review their performance in order to ensure ERP implementation support INPEX activities in Indonesia;

• Test programs to eliminate errors and bugs to ensure that program meets user requirements; Generate feedback from clients about ERP module implementation and issues related to legacy IT systems and applications, as well as user feedback to deliver improved service to ensure that the systems and IT aspects of the project are functioning smoothly to ensure glitch-free working environment for project staff;

• Lead the defining and writing process for program specification; Oversee the preparation of software manuals and operation guides specifying methods of operation and maintenance of system; Prepare technical report on the operation of the systems; Involve in enterprise architecture awareness in the organization; Ensuring the compliance between the enterprise architecture and solution architecture by leading and coordinating solution architecture reviews;

• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution.
