Job Descriptions :
- The Project Manager must ensure that project planning, scheduling and cost control of the project including the priorities and the allocation of manpower are implemented in a timely and orderly manner so that all required technical, cost and safety standards are fulfilled, and project objectives achieved.

2. Project Control and Planning

Job Descriptions :
- This role is responsible for all planning activities within the planning team. The primary purpose of this role is to monitor, manage and lead the control and planning engineers to ensure that plans are produced to COMPANY standards. Quality checking of plans and managing the distribution of various plans is required.
- Schedule Management: You will develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that activities are properly sequenced and resources are allocated effectively.

Qualifications :
- To meet the minimum requirements of this position, the Project Control and Planning Engineer must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field or a construction management degree
- Have applicable experience in the project control of onshore facilities or major onshore facilities with ten (10) years' experience in establishing and operating project controls and planning within operations, engineering and construction fields.
- The Lead Planning Engineer must be experienced in the use of Microsoft Project and other computer programs applicable to the control of resources and activity durations on construction projects.
- Technical Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of oil and gas operations, processes, and equipment is important. This includes knowledge of project phases, such as exploration, drilling, production, and refining, as well as an understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations.

3. Site Construction Manager

Job Descriptions :
- Project Planning and Coordination: You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction project.
- Team Management: As a Site Construction Manager, you will lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Quality Control: You will oversee quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications.
- Safety Management: You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures on-site.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: You will be the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or Architecture
- The Site Construction Manager shall have construction work and relevant onshore construction experience in oil and gas developments with at least two (2) projects of a similar nature in a similar remote area faced with similar challenges of logistics and site conditions.
- Ideally, he/she should also have some design experience with an engineering consultancy.
- He should have a good understanding of all applicable codes, standards and specifications: and he must have excellent engineering, interpersonal, planning and scheduling skills as well as superior written and oral communication abilities.
- The candidate shall also be familiar with safety management techniques and methods of reporting, such as, Safety Training Observation Programme (STOP).
- The Construction Manager must have experience in similar size project in Indonesia and preferably in East Indonesia/Papua.
- To meet the minimum requirement of this position, the candidate shall have at least fifteen (15) years during EPCC (Engineering Procurement Construction Comissioning) stage

4. Commissioning Manager

- The Commissioning Manager shall be responsible for managing the project commissioning strategy and associated program, including schedule, planning strategy, commissioning procedures, commissioning activities and recruitment and development of associated organizational capability, to enable new plant within the asset to be safely and reliably brought into operation and handed over to operation at correct design rates and specification.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Many Commissioning Managers hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or petroleum engineering.
- To meet minimum requirement of this position, the candidate shall have at least fifteen (15) years of actual commissioning / operational experience for LNG or other comparable onshore & offshore oil and gas projects.
- Technical Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of oil and gas operations, systems, and equipment is important. This includes knowledge of process plants, pipelines, control systems, instrumentation, and safety protocols relevant to the industry.
- Leadership and Communication: Effective leadership skills are crucial for managing commissioning teams and coordinating with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and operations personnel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to convey information, resolve issues, and ensure effective collaboration.

6. QA/QC Lead

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Many QA/QC Engineers hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or industrial engineering. These programs provide a strong foundation in engineering principles, which is essential for understanding the technical aspects of quality control and assurance. Industrial Technology or Manufacturing Engineering: Degrees in industrial technology or manufacturing engineering can also be relevant for a career in QA/QC.
- in managing QA/QC activities within the oil and gas sector, preferably in LNG, and a relevant technician’s diploma. Recommended qualifications in: CSWIP 3.1, PCN, AWS, CSWIP Painting Inspection and IEC.
