PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company with operating subsidiaries engaging in mining business activities, encompassing the exploration and future production of Nickel and other related minerals. Due to massive business expansion, We looking for a competent candidate to support one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

Sr. Manager Environmental

(Konawe)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the mining industry at HSE Division especially Environmental Department.

• Certified POP but preferable POU certification.

• Fluent in English (writing, speaking, and listening).

• Expert in waste management (hazardous waste, emission, wastewater & etc.)

• Expert in Environment standard & certification (ISO 14001, PROPER, IRMA, IFC etc.)

• Understand all government regulation related ESG (Environment, Social & Government) standard.

• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Compile, develop, and determine key factors (strategic factors) that must be met regarding environmental standards both short term and long term required by government and company regulations.

• Ensure that the company comply with Indonesian and international standards such as IFC for financial institutions and certifications such as ISO & IRMA.

• Leading and implementing cross-departmental environmental improvements to ensure compliance with environmental standards when there is an increase in production both within SCM and contractors.

• Conducting gap analysis and compiling concrete steps in meeting PROPER standards.

• Review the compliance of all environmental systems and procedures in accordance with the latest regulations.

• Review compliance with all lines of Environmental Management Standards to ensure that all risks are under control and Performance is as planned.

• Working and maintaining it so that the environmental parameters set by the government and companies are achieved and do not exceed the quality standards at the point of compliance.

• Establishing an effective Manpower Planning and organizational structure to support the performance of the environmental division.

Manager Mine Engineering & Services

(Konawe)

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering major

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Mining Operations role with 5 years experience in managerial role

• Know mine engineering, scheduling, & mining optimization software

• Mine Design Concepts & Operations

• Awareness of Indonesian Mine operation regulatory requirements

• Certified POM

• Proficient in English both written & oral

• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Coordinate with superiors and related parties regarding annual and quarterly production targets achievement.

• Validate planning details including mining design, location, and direction.

• Create a strategic plan to achieve monthly, weekly, and daily production target.

• Ensure that all designs to be applied have gone through geotechnical and hydrological analysis.

• Ensure the direction of mining is aligned with the established planning

• Aligning coordination between sub-divisions so that mining operations are directed, measurable, and guaranteed safety.

Community Relation Superintendent

(Konawe)

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as community relation in mining industry

• Experience in community development

• Understand best practice in corporate social responsibility

• Proficient in Ms Office

• Good communication & interpersonal skill

• Excellent persuasion skills

• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Build and maintain relationships with local community & Government.

• delivering the company’s vision within the local community.

• Develop a strategy to build and maintain programs and activities that will have a positive impact on the community.

• Organize community outreach & development programs.

• Responds to inquiries from community members and other interested parties.

• Ensure employee development programs in their area of responsibility.

Operation Training Superintendent

(Konawe)

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree from Engineering Major / Education Engineering (Pendidikan keteknikan)

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as technical instructor, operation training & development in similar industry

• Have a good understanding of technical development system such as mechanic development, operator development, etc

• Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills

• Have strong interest on multimedia communication and expert on making video

• Expert to use Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft excel and Microsoft power point

• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Good understanding of environment, health & safety relate to regulation in mining sector industry

• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Design, develop and implement technical training programs according to business operational needs.

• Develop technical competency matrix based on operational needs.

• Conduct technical training analysis based in competency matrix, regulatory requirement, and operational needs.

• Working together with operational Department, develop internal training module based on approved competency matrix.

• Organizing, controlling, coordinating and monitoring all technical training program (internal, inhouse and external) to ensure the implementation of the operational training program according to the plan.

• Design, develop and implement technical training evaluation system and Conduct training evaluation report.

• Plan, control, monitor and assign instructors in the framework of implementation operational training according to the material and specialization of the instructors.

• Monitor and propose instructors in development programs for knowledge enhancement and the teaching skills of the instructors.

Cost Control Supervisor

(Konawe)

Requirements

• Minimal bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting major

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mining / Mine Contractor Company or Public Accountant

• Excellent knowledge in financial statement reporting

• Intermediate financial planning and budgeting and financial analysis skills

• Have knowledge in Taxation and cashflow management

• Advance in Ms Office (Ms. Excel)

• Have knowledge in ERP System (Pronto, SAP, Oracle)

• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles

• Monitoring and updating Cost Estimates for projects.

• Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly Financial Performance Report.

• Review purchased requisition based on price, quantity, and cost evaluation.

• Lease with all departments to prepare annual budget.

• Responsible for all commercial aspect & calculation for cost reduction, contract term & condition, penalty calculation, and pricing.

• Monitor and control, cash disbursement/site cash flow Management, manage monthly accruals, AP/AR, Fixed Asset and Inventory and taxation cover.
