1. Job Title: QA QC Reps – E&I

Gresik, 12 months

- Working in Mining – International Project

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Physics Engineering

- To supervise the operation of the QA/QC functions at project site by implementing the Project Quality Controls Plans and Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, International standards and specific contract requirements.

- 10 years inspection experience which shall contain as minimum 3 Years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the contract scope of work in Mining.

- To lead the team of QC Construction Inspectors for monitoring the on‐going daily construction activities.

- Reviewing the construction method statements and making comments per project specifications, procedures & ITPs.

- Regular site visits for foreseeing the potential deficiencies based on his physical experience to share with construction crew and guidance to QC Inspectors.

- Coordination with Construction testing agencies / batching plants for in tine delivery of concretes and subsequent inspection & testing requirements. Ensuring the availability of QC Inspector during any operations.

- Imitating internal Log Book Entries/NCR’s to construction crew for effective implementation of project quality plan, ITP’s, written procedures, project specifications, IFC drawings etc.

- Coordination with Clients inspectors for getting the feedback for open log book entries and preparations of corrective actions to close those violations.

- Emphasizing on the control of documents and records by advising the document controllers, QC Inspectors.

- Conducting routine internal meetings with QC inspectors for further vigilance to the potential problems which must be tackled accordingly to avoid non‐conformities.

2. Job Title: Project Reporting Coordinator

Gresik 12 months

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate engineering disciplined

• 10+ years related experience in engineering/construction

• Highly organized – should have a passion for organization, strong experience with excel and working with large datasets, experience managing multiple responsibilities with time sensitive deadlines, comfortable working in a fluid environment where visions and requirements may change, ability to work independently, or to work with technical staff with a collaborative, hands on approach

• Experience in Coal or Smelting Industry

Responsibilities:

• Under minimal supervision, provides project control support as required to the project controls manager which will include:  general project management functions, cost and schedule analysis, and project reporting.

• Describe the fundamental duties and functions of the position

• Refine and/or develop systems to efficiently compile data from multiple sources, manage this collection and develop reporting methods to drive transparency and clarity of the status of the expansion project and facilitate overall performance management

• Ensure accuracy of data reporting quality and consistency

• Provide ongoing optimization of the project reporting system/s and data management

• Drive reporting and data management best practices throughout a multifunctional team

• Tailor reporting of key performance indicators (KPI s) to a variety of audiences (executive team level down to individual project contributor level).

3. Job Title: IT Technician

Gresik, 12 months

We are seeking an IT Technician to answer employee/end-user service calls to provide guidance, advice, and technical assistance to customers on basic technical issues at the hardware and software level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support user equipment and peripherals including Desktops, Laptops, Phones, Printers, Projectors and other devices as necessary.

• Provide routine troubleshooting and support to technical issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, Network LAN and Wireless Access Point.

• Knowledge and understanding of Local Area Networks and Wireless Networks is preferred.

• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of Windows 10 Operating Systems.

• Serve as liaison with the Helpdesk Call Center and other technical specialists

• Escalate tickets as necessary.

• Understand when to escalate an issue to the next level for support.

• Maintain inventory of computers and accessories.

• Protect and track IT assets.

Education and Qualifications Requirements:

4. Job Title: Document Controller

Gresik, 12 months

Requirements:

- Gresik resident

- Bachelor Degree

- 10+ years as Document Controller

- Worked in Power Plant (Coal/Mining preferred)

- Engineering technical background

- Basic Construction Management

- Project administration

- Having experience in the field of document management, distribution, filing and archiving particularly engineering documents.

- Having the ability in English and Indonesian language both orally and in writing.

- Having experience to coordinate and communicate in a team consisting of several disciplines.

5. Job Title: Project Accountant (Cost analysis)

Gresik, 12 months

Responsibilities

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Gresik resident

• Understood project costing

• Evaluate engineering documents, purchase orders, drawings, and process diagrams to identify key components that meet policies and standards.

• Develop complex spreadsheets to track period costs and reconcile costs to date and forecasted costs to complete for long term projects

• Core activities and ability will lead to the identification of assets at multiple levels of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and requires the ability to apply accounting principles to the appropriate assignment of direct, indirect, EPCM and owners’ costs. 

• Ability to data mine project documents to identify and extract supporting documentation to underpin cost assumptions and identify key elements of the constructed asset or components.

• Audit cost assignments and period transactions to ensure accurate and complete cost coding. 

• Ad-hoc Management reports, government reports etc.

• Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules

• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register

• Routine review of commitments for proper accounting charges to the project by purchase orders and service orders.

• Support in the review and collection of documentation for actual charges to the project (journal entries, purchase orders and service orders).

• Assist in the Payment Applications (Pay Apps) review process to audit/validate expenses claimed by the contractors.

• Prepare monthly reports for corporate and the project team.

• Backup person, responsible for the execution and optimization of the accounting and administrative processes of the Pay Apps.

6. Job Title: Contract Assistant

Gresik, 12 months

- Gresik Resident

- Bachelor Degree in Law

- Must be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English languages and able to provide reports in each language.

- Administer contracts; liaise with User Departments and with suppliers to monitor performance, to ensure compliance and to resolve any eventual disputes.

- Review and approve contracts within the delegated authority threshold.

- Prepare regular progress reports on contracting activities and answer questions concerning procurement and contracting.

- Schedule and attend meetings with user departments to discuss and resolve contracting issues.

- Provide support to the contracting activities of the procurement function and preparing relevant statistics.

- Develop templates and guidance documents for the contracting function of the department.

- Deliver training to user departments for improved contract management within the Bank.

- Develop and monitor contract administration program pre and post award, providing guidance and direction to support the implementation of work relative to contract issues.

7. Job Title: Logistics – Post Clearance Coordinator

Gresik, 12 months

Purpose: Effectively support the logistics section of the Procurement department in relation to day-to-day custom clearance activities (EXIM). Timely follow-up with Trucking company, shipping lines and manage end to end custom clearance of the consignments in the most timely and economic manner ensuring best value for the company in line with its strategic, financial and operational requirements.

Report to: Materials Manager.

• Heavy experience in Custom Clearing (Master List) working for Multi Nationals with the ability to import with tax exemption

• Collecting Project materials Manifest as per shipping schedule

• Prepare the required space ready at receiving laydown Cargo dock prior the ship arrives at Cargo dock.

• Preparing the Priority delivery plan to Project Laydowns

• Do coordination with Transport/Barge operator and Client’s MCG for delivery schedule inbound and outbound accordingly,

• To monitor and control Project’s materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) scheduled by MCG/GSC

• to create VRMS and HMAF/OSH form for Contractors on Client’s system

• Monitoring and control the contractor and sub-contractor Material management execution according to Contactor Material Management Execution Plan.

• Monitor Owner Purchased Materials from suppliers to Client’s Off-site facilities,

• To monitor and control Project Materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) from Client’s Offsites to Cargo dock onsite,

• To follow-up OSDR (over short damage Report) to Project Procurement to close out

8. Job Title: Material Control Supervisor

Gresik, 12 months

Report to: Materials Handling Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and control the contractor and sub-container Material management execution according to Contactor Material Management Execution Plan.

• Create VRMS and HMAF/OSH form for Contractors on Client’s system

• Monitor Owner Purchased Materials from suppliers to Client’s Offsite facilities,

• Monitor and control Project Materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) from Client’s Offsites to Cargo dock onsite,

• Monitor and control Project Materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) scheduled by MCG/GSC from Cargo dock on site

• To follow-up OSDR (over short damage Report) to Project Procurement to close out

• To expedite the Urgent Owners Purchased materials to Procurement.

- Carry out all field quantity surveying requirements delegated to him for the Construction Subcontracts to which he is assigned in accordance with applicable CII requirements, systems, procedures, budgets and schedules.

10. Job Title:  EHS Specialist

Accountable To:   Site EHS Manager and Site Construction Manager

 

Basic Objective:   The EHS Administrator supports worksite Management in establishing and continuously improving the EHS culture within the worksite by tracking leading and lagging indicators.

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience as an Administrator specific to EHS.

• Completion of basic safety courses such as OSHA 10 Hour Construction or equivalent.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Working knowledge of basic EHS Management Systems.

• Familiarity with company EHS Policies.

• Additional training as determined by the Regional or Global EHS Director.

Responsibilities:

• To assist EHS team with tracking leading and lagging indicators

• To assist Line Management in:

• Monitoring EHS objectives.

• Document local EHS procedures, work instructions and checklists as required.

• Document EHS plans that define how the EHS Management System is implemented at the site level.
