We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
1. Senior Professional Civil / Marine Engineering
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review gas production system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient gas production system and technology in Masela block; develop LNG plant civil engineering plan based on determined Onshore LNG production system, deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other analysis as a strategic proposal to be considered as part of Onshore LNG production system in developing Masela block.
• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to LNG plant civil engineering Pre-FEED including LNG plant interface and integration, LNG plant civil engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing LNG plant civil engineering strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on LNG plant civil engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure developed LNG plant civil engineering Pre-FEED meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics.
• Review, monitor and update Onshore LNG plant civil capital expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule as an input to POD and project economics calculation; to ensure complete and accurate Onshore LNG plant civil CAPEX and project schedule submission during Pre-FEED within timeline.
• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed LNG plant civil engineering Pre-FEED including LNG civil engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company 4. MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of LNG civil design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles.
• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select LNG civil study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and research previous and after Pre-FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of LNG plant civil engineering including LNG Tanks.
2. Senior Professional Rotating Equipment Engineering
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review gas production system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient gas production system and technology in Masela block; develop Onshore LNG plant operation & logistics methods based on determined Onshore LNG production system, deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other analysis as a strategic proposal to be considered as part of Onshore LNG production system in developing Masela block.

• Review, monitor and update Onshore LNG plant operational expenditures (OPEX) as an input to POD and project economics calculation; to ensure complete and accurate Onshore LNG plant OPEX submission during Pre-FEED within timeline.
• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Onshore LNG plant operation & logistics methods in Pre-FEED including LNG operation & logistics risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of LNG operation and logistics method comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles.
• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select Onshore LNG plant operation & logistics study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and research previous and after Pre-FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of rotating machinery engineering experience of LNG liquefaction process plants.
3. Senior Professional Process / Utilities Engineering
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review gas production system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient gas production system and technology in Masela block; develop LNG Process plan based on determined Onshore LNG production system, deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other analysis as a strategic proposal to be considered as part of Onshore LNG production system in developing Masela block
• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to LNG Process Pre-FEED including LNG Process interface and integration, LNG Process engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing LNG Process project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on LNG Process engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure developed LNG Process Pre-FEED meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics.
• Review, monitor and update Onshore LNG process equipment capital expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule as an input to POD and project economics calculation; to ensure complete and accurate Onshore LNG plant process equipment CAPEX and project schedule submission during Pre-FEED within timeline.
• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed LNG Process Pre-FEED including LNG Process engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of LNG Process design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles.
• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select LNG Process study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after Pre-FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.

4. Senior Professional Hull / Marine Engineering

• Monitor and review gas production system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient gas production system and technology in Masela block; develop Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine engineering plan based on determined offshore production system, deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other analysis as a strategic proposal to be considered as part of offshore production system in developing Masela block.
• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine Pre-FEED including interface and integration, hull and marine engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure developed Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine Pre-FEED meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics.
• Review, monitor and update Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine equipment capital expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule as an input to POD and project economics calculation; to ensure complete and accurate Offshore Facilities (FPSO) hull and marine equipment CAPEX and project schedule submission during Pre-FEED within timeline.
• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine Pre-FEED including Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles.
• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select Offshore facilities (FPSO) hull and marine study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after Pre-FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of Hull and Marine Engineering offshore oil and gas floating facilities.
5. Senior Professional Survey
JOB ROLES
• Develop detailed survey plan including geophysical, geotechnical, metocean surveys, and target according to Pre-FEED phase as guidelines; set survey schedule interface and integration to other Groups and Departments,
• Prepare updated budget and schedule for surveys as an input in annual budget and authorization for expenditures (AFE) to be submitted to SKK Migas; to ensure complete and accurate survey cost and project schedule submission
• Provide recommendation for technical point of view related to survey work contract(s) and evaluate terms and conditions
• Manage survey work in order with pay attention on HSSE matters and project progress achieved to ensure survey execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards. Ensure the delivery of survey reports from survey contractor. Provide survey data to the other team for the execution of Pre-FEED works.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other Technical Sciences
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of Geophysical, Geotechnical and Metocean Survey work and interpretation.
6. Senior Professional Pipeline Engineering
JOB ROLES
• Provide recommendation of Gas Export Pipeline project strategic plan and develop detailed Gas Export Pipeline Engineering and Design, and target according to Pre-FEED phase as guidelines; set project schedule interface and integration to other Groups and Departments.
• Prepare updating of Gas Export Pipeline Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule for Gas Export Pipeline as an input to POD and project economics calculation; to ensure complete and accurate Gas Export Pipeline CAPEX and project schedule submission during Pre-FEED within timeline.
• Provide recommendation for technical point of view related to mechanical, electrical, fabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance related to Subsea development project especially in Subsea Control System part, provide technical advice related to Gas Export Pipeline project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions.
• Review the Contractor’s works in executing Subsea development project with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; coordinate and monitor INPEX Indonesia Management evaluation on the Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; set Subsea Control development interface with Drilling, and HSSE as well as Gas Export Pipeline interface data and development status; in order to ensure Gas Export Pipeline development execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards.
• Review Gas Export Pipeline technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in Pre-FEED phase, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for Subsea Control meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of Deepwater subsea pipeline engineering.
7. Senior Professional Subsea Control Engineering
JOB ROLES
• Influence team members and contractors to deliver FEED successfully as well as interface with FPSO controls team and associated Contractor. Contribute and assure the Subsea Control System scope in key project deliverables. Responsible for HSSE Leadership within the team, contractors, and suppliers.
• Contribute and assure the SURF FEED deliverables in technical aspect relating to Subsea Control System and focusing on Owner requirements verification and fit for purpose design and scope. Responsible for advancing certain SURF In-house deliverables from previous project work.
• Responsible for contributing Hazard Management to the Subsea Control System integrating with Contractor and HSSE & Sustainability team. Manage project value drivers during decision making and managing threats and risks within the scope and cost promises established at FEED contract award. Provide contributions to Contractor requirements and deliverable quality.
• Contribute and assure subsea control decisions balancing tradeoffs between functionality, requirements, and cost. Collaborate with EPCI suppliers to optimize the total installed EPCI cost to bring Owners’ perspective.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Subsea oil and gas engineering experiences are required.
8. Senior Professional Flow Assurance Engineering
JOB ROLES
• Demonstrate commitment to flow assurance, reliability-availability-maintainability (RAM) and shipping issues, by showing active role model and communication to relevant personnel and stakeholders, to establish positive awareness throughout Masela project.
• Develop and propose flow assurance, RAM and shipping management system including policies, standards, charters, process overviews, procedures, guidelines, specific plans and other documents that align with Tokyo Head Quarters’ relevant corporate policies, strategies, philosophies, objectives, procedures and guidelines, and are compatible to relevant international and Indonesian standards, to ensure flow assurance, RAM and shipping governance in Masela project.
• Develop, propose, maintain and update flow assurance, RAM and shipping objectives and programs for Masela LNG project; coordinate their implementation to project team and monitor feedbacks and result, to ensure effective impact to flow assurance, RAM and shipping performances.
• Provide flow assurance, RAM and shipping input to Masela technical database system to ensure integrity of technical and project integration data.
• Provide flow assurance, RAM and shipping input to Masela Pre-FEED and FEED tender preparations including scope of work (SOW), technical requirements, terms and conditions; assess flow assurance, RAM and shipping aspects in tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors; monitor Contractors’ work and review flow assurance, RAM and shipping deliverables and performances, to ensure relevant flow assurance, RAM and shipping objectives and programs are achieved.
• Monitor flow assurance, RAM and shipping aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in the each of project phases and steps; implement Company MOC policy and procedures; to ensure any changes and/or deviations of flow assurance, RAM and shipping aspects meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of Flow Assurance, Reliability/Availability Modelling and Shipping studies.
9. Senior Professional Process Safety Engineering
JOB ROLES
• Demonstrate commitment to technical integrity and process risk (TIPR) issues, by showing active role model and communication to relevant personnel and stakeholders, to establish positive TIPR awareness throughout Masela project.
• Develop and propose TIPR management system including policies, standards, charters, process overviews, procedures, guidelines, specific plans and other documents, strategies, philosophies, objectives, procedures and guidelines, and are compatible to relevant international and Indonesian standards, to ensure TIPR governance in Masela project.
• Develop, propose, maintain and update TIPR objectives and programs for Masela project; coordinate their implementation to project team and monitor feedbacks and result, to ensure effective impact to TIPR performances.
• Coordinate the process of demonstrating TIPR risk management by means of formal risk assessment and barrier management for Masela gas production system including offshore and onshore facilities and related activities, to ensure all TIPR risks are controlled to levels of ALARP.
• Provide TIPR input to Technical database system to ensure integrity of technical and project integration data.
• Provide TIPR input to Masela Pre-FEED and FEED tender preparations including scope of work (SOW), technical requirements, terms and conditions; assess TIPR aspects in tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors; monitor Contractors’ work and review TIPR deliverables and performances, to ensure relevant TIPR objectives and programs are achieved.

10. Senior Professional Project Scheduling
JOB ROLES
• Review and analyze project management method and project monitoring system best practices especially in oil and gas company and provide advance expertise and broad knowledge to develop/create project strategic planning that consists of project-planning format, project cycle, and project documentation through coordination with cross functional team and/or inter-department team in order to ensure created project strategic planning is reliable as a guidance.
• Develop and recommend project baseline packages and monitoring system that consist of 3 levels, management schedule as level 1, integrated project master schedule (IPMS) as level 2, and detailed control schedule as level 3; Coordinate with related department to review and analyze project baseline packages and monitoring system in order to ensure availability of project schedule control and monitoring system control.
• Analyze and evaluate with related department regarding project risk schedule analysis; Develop and recommend risk schedule analysis and probabilistic project schedule (P90/P50/P10 dates) in order to minimize unpredictable risk in project schedule.
• Develop and propose regular and impromptu report of time management status for project planning activities.
• Provide advance expertise and broad knowledge related to Abadi project status, invitation to tender (ITT) preparation, and tender evaluation; compare and analyze all project preparation with detailed project planning including its variation/deviation; in order to ensure availability monitoring process of project planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry as project controller or project engineering.
