We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:
1. Process Improvement Staff
Job Responsibilities :
• Assist management representatives in the implementation and development of the Quality Management System
• Make changes to documents and coordinate with the Management Representative
• Prepare and make changes to procedures or quality documents according to the approved PFD
• Conduct an assessment of the suitability of the implementation of a quality document after it is issued
Requirement :
• Max. 35 years
• Have a minimum of S1 degree from any major (preferable Bachelor Degree from Engineering)
• Have a minimum of 1 year or more of working experiences as Process Improvement Staff or QMR Staff
• Good communication in English (verbal & written), Good analytical thinking
• Able to operate MS Office (Ms. Visio, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
• Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Have experience as Audit QHSSE and certified as Auditor
2. Site Manager
Job Responsibilities :
• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or equivalent
• Having min 5 or 10 year experience in Onshore project in Oil and Gas Industry; min. 5 year experience working as Site Manager (preferable experience in Mechanical Rotating & Static, Piping or one of them)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3. Procurement
Job Responsibilities :
• Reviewing the process of Supplier Sourcing, Tender, Clarification, Bid Tabulation, Negotiation, and Winner Recommendation to PO Issuance
• Receiving, Register PR
• Ensuring that the search process and assessment of the Supplier are going well
• Learning and clarifying as needed with the User
• Helping determine the evaluation results of Vendor / Subcontractor those that are in accordance with the request
• Coordinate with the expediter to ensure that items purchased have arrived on request
Requirement :
• Max 40 years
• S1 Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument, etc)
• Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in EPCI, Fabrication Company
• Have good negotiation and communication skills
• Have good knowledge of export and import procedure
• Have knowledge of vendors and awareness to the market price/trend
• Have experience as a Subcontractor or Buyer or Purchasing or Procurement.
• Good command in English both written and spoken (will be preferable)
• Computer literate
• Good individual and team player
• Excellent in time management and planning skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
4. HR & GA Manager
Job Responsibilities :
• Coordinate and control the implementation of the HR function and ensure that everything works according to policies, systems and work plans that have been prepared or set.
• Manage all HR activities (Manpower planning/People development/Compensation & benefits etc)
• Reviewing the Annual Performance Appraisal
• Developing a system to help enforce Company Regulations and other policies
• Ensuring employees understand all company regulations and comply with them
• Controlling the amount and quality of human resources needed through the recruitment process
• Coordinate with HRGA in the project related to the existing problems and their solutions
• Understand related to employee regulations, BPJS Health, BPJS Employment and PPh 21
Requirement :
• Max. 45 years
• Have a minimum of S1 degree from any major (preferable from in Law/ Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent)
• Have a minimum of 10 years of working experiences as HR and GA Manager (preferable from EPCI Company).
• Have excellent skills in People Development, C&B, Labor Law, human resources strategic planning, Industrial Relation, Interpersonal Skill
• Good communication in English and Mandarin (verbal & written) (will be preferable)
• Able to operate MS Office (word, excel, power point)
5. HR & GA Supervisor
Job Responsibilities :
• Accommodate all problems and constraints related to HR & GA and Compensation & Benefit Staff to then coordinate with Head of HR & GA for solution.
• Reviewing the submissions of Salary Income, THR, Employee Bonus and salary staff performed by Compensation & Benefit Staff.
• Coordinate with HR Manager HO related to existing HRGA issues in the field
Requirement :
• Max. 37 years old
• Min. S1 any field
• Have min. 4 year working of experience as HRGA in EPCI Company or Oil & Gas Contractor
• Communicative, Multitasking, high mobility, honest and initiative person
• Good Communication and negotiation skill
• Fluent in English
6. Document Control
Job Responsibilities :
• Controlling company and project documentation
• Following and improving document control procedures
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
• Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hardcopy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
• Producing document progress reports for senior managers
• Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system
Requirement :
• Max. 27 years old
• Have a minimum of S1 degree from any major (preferable from in Industrial Engineering/Management or equivalent)
• Min. 1 years in the same position Document Control EPCI Company
• Expert in Ms. Office (Word / Excel)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Willing to join as soon as possible
7. Subcontractor Specialist
Requirement :
• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree
• Have 7 - 10 year experience in same position, preferable with Oil & Gas or EPCI Company Offshore Division
• Familiar with supply chain management and PTK-007
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
• Willing to join as soon as possible
8. Senior Contract Engineer
Requirement :
• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in Law, or relevant major
• Have min 10 year experience in same position; Understanding about contractual matters related to offshore Oil and Gas
• Familiar with Oil and Gas or offshore EPCI company would be an advantage
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
• Willing to join as soon as possible
9. Proposal Estimator / Commercial Coordinator
Requirement :
• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or in relevant major
• Have min 7 year experience in same position, preferable experienced with Offshore project
• Comprehend with Estimation and Projection of Scope of Work
• Review execution plan and ensures cost can be reliably estimated in accordance with same.
• Perform Risk Analysis
• Have experience work in Oil and Gas / offshore EPCI company
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
• Willing to join as soon as possible
