We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:

Planner Plant (928046)

(Kapuas)

• In this role, you will:

• Ensure planning department goals are achieved in your workshop

• Generate, monitor and maintain PM service and backlog schedule for support and hire equipment

• Review, update and correct all non-component backlog defects in JDE for machines in your area of responsibility

• Every morning re-organise the support equipment maintenance activities board as per the updated service schedule and other current maintenance activities

• Ensuring all work packages are complete and prepares as per the weekly plan

• Review all completed work packages, directing any that are not fully completed back to the workshop supervisor to be completed

• As required offer feedback to planning supervisor and support equipment supervisor when planning system are not working in your workshop

• Administer all non-component machine requirements (for your workshop) in line with the TCI work order flow chart

• As required forward on to planning supervisor any information that is required by site central planning group

• Actively participate in the weekly planning process

• Establish to maintain and manage all stakeholders’ interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the project. No disruption to project from local community

Supervisor Lifting (928047)

(Kapuas)

In this role, you will:

• Ensure to accurate the completion of daily lifting report before end of shift every day.

• Ensure all WO's open status related to lifting equipment being organized & to make sure all WOs are controlled and closed if the job has been done.

• Ensure all break down machine are reported in OCDC, and all information repair description, coding, start and finish have been filled in OCDC correctly.

• Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shutdown days, ensure all lifting support are well maintained.

• Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area.

• Communication and reporting. Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs.

• Make a safe working environment for all employees by ensuring all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the TMS, JSEAs are relevant and all hazards are controlled.

• Ensure that there is no impact for the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TGS are followed.

• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe and make sure subordinate understand of our objectives and Thiess policies, and address all safety information to crew.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Senior High School  or University Degree

• Minimum  5 Year Experience in Lifting Activity

• Experience to conduct Lifting Study

• Hold certified as instructor of Mobile & Lifting Equipment, Crane Operator & Rigger

• Hold certified as Manlift Operator by BNSP (Lisensi K3 Pesawat Angkat & Angkut)

• Computer and site regulation, Knowledge about leadership and interpersonal, Communication skills, Building relationships, planning and organising

EOI - Engineer Dispatch IT (928047)

(Wahana)

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage the implementation of Hardware FMS and Inpit Connectivity across Thiess Indonesia

• Make sure the operational/installation Hardware and Connectivity meeting the operational FMS standard quality

• Quarterly system/contract performance review with Vendors

Work collaboratively with Remote Operational Center and Technology hub to make sure the operational excellence of FMS Technology on site

• Coordinate with FMS Provider (Hexagon/ Wenco/ etc.) related to Technology Implementation.

System upgrade/feature availability

• External dependencies (communications, sensors, payload, hardware performance)

• Monitor pit network to support remote operation

• Auditing payload sensor to ensure correct data recording to the system

• Auditing and initiate corrective action for Vehicle health sensors

• Check FMS server condition

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering

• 6 years experiences in Fleet Management System (FMS) Installation and Network Connectivity

• Good understanding in FMS Hardware and IoT

• Good understanding in Inpit Connectivity

EOI - Controller Plant (928053)

In this role, you will:

• Input all activity tradesman into system

• Input all data mechanical from field into the system

• Inform to team on site about new event downtime

• Make daily report about plant downtime

• Accept and ensure all downtime information and recorded to web-infomine with correct information and code.

• Check opportune event daily

What skills and experience do you need?

• Min. Degree Diploma III of Technical, Mechanic, Technician or apprentice experience in Mining

• Minimum 2 years administration/data maintenance experience

EOI - Senior Supervisor Operation Technology (928052)

(Jakarta)

In this role, you will:

• Provide operation performance analysis, recommendation, or guidance to solve and prioritize action plan and problem solving to site Management (superintendent up)

• Be involved in shaping the operation strategy in shift, daily and weekly time frame with mining operation team

• Conduct the audit to ensure the site team configure the Optimizer according to the best practice and real field conditions

• Oversee all activities by dispatch operation and mining analyst

• Train and coach ROC team members

• Continuously review ROC set-up and identify improvement opportunities

• Monitor FMS system health and data quality

• Collaborate with external (client, vendor, etc.)

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelors in engineering, statistics, and mathematics

• More than 6 years experiences in Fleet Management System (FMS)

In this role, you will:

• Provide operation performance analysis, recommendation, or guidance to solve and prioritize action plan and problem solving (senior supervisor, senior engineer, foreman, leading hand)

• Provide performance of accuracy of measurements, calculations, and data integrity level in any aspects especially of Dispatcher mining systems

• Undertake daily management of mine production information and reporting systems

• Maintain and update Fleet Management System based on mining progress

• Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities an effective Fleet Management System and coordination with project operation to achieve and improve production and productivity target

• Be responsible for effective deployment of mining resources to safely and effectively execute mine plans within set production and safety targets, understanding the daily, weekly and monthly production targets

EOI - Engineer Fleet Management System (FMS) (928049)

(Jakarta)

In this role, you will:

• Manage all fleets in all sites through Optimizer and intervene if manual optimization required

• Monitor trucks distribution and optimize the productivity and utilization of the equipment's

• Coordinate with project about fleet distribution and performance:

• Monitor hanging and queuing time and investigate equipment with suboptimal time

• Coordinate shift change, meal break, and refuel in all regions and panels

• Manage support fleet (grader, dozer, support trucks, etc.)

• Manage road maintenance tasks and assign available equipment accordingly

• Manage support equipment allocations as usage in alignment with procedure

• Coordinate rain clean-up efforts (roads and loading points)

• Monitor material compliance / grade compliance

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelors in all engineering, statistics, and mathematics

• More than 3 years experiences in Fleet Management System (FMS), Mining Operation, Mine Planning, Cost Control/Commercial
