PT Riota Jaya Lestari is a Nickel Mining Company. The Site Project located at Kolaka Utara, Southeast Sulawesi. This Company is jointly developed by PT Jaya Mineral Resources and PT Radisaa Mineral Resources

Currently, PT Riota Jaya Lestari is looking for the best talents:

1. Senior Geologist (SG)

Job Requirements:

• Preferable male with maximum age is 40 years old

• Have experience coordinator wellsite geologist

• Have a capabilty as Project Geologist in Exploration Nickel Mining

• Mastering the operation of the Surpac program

• Have a good communication, detail, good analytical, well organized and adaptable

•Able to coordinate and manage drilling machine operations more than 10 drilling machines

General Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology or Mining Engineering

• Experience min 5 year in Mining Industry (Nickel Mining) is an Advantage

• Required Skills : Surpac, ArcGIS, and AutoCad. Have K3, HSE, POP certificate (preffered)

• Willing to be placed in Site Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi

2. Maintenance Planner (MP)

Job Requirements:

• Preferable male with maximum age is 40 years old

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (Min GPA 3.00)

• Have experience minimal 3 years in nickel mining; heavy equipment plant maintenance

• Able to perform Engine Overhaul Excellent reporting ability & part book reading

• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) is advantage

• Managing workplan & procedures Maintenance and repair heavy equipment (bulldozer,wheel loader, excavator, grader, vibro, cranes, dump truck, etc)

• Supervise and coordinate request spare part and listing work heavy equipment improvement maintenance.

General Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience min 3 year in Mining Industry (Nickel Mining) is an Advantage

• Willing to be placed in Site Kolaka, South East Sulawesi. Domicile in South East Sulawesi is preferred.

3. Environmental Specialist (ES)

Job Requirements:

• Candidate maximum age is 40 years old

• Must knowledge in Agriculture / Forestry

• Have experience minimal 3 years in similar position

• Have competence in the field of reclamation, liquid waste & management B3

• Have a good understanding about Health, Safety& environment in the mining operational business process Monitoring wastewater, domestic waste, and other wastes, as well as systematic reporting to related parties (Regency, Provincial and Ministry of Environment) authorities

• Control the environment data filing system regarding cases of contamination which will be used as a foundation for evaluation and anticipating the environmental impacts

• Involved in the preparation of environmental management systems (EMS) and audit systems

• Have POP, K3 certification will be advantage

General  Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, Foresty and Environment from reputable university (IPB University is advantage)

• Experience in Mining Industry (Nickel Mining) is an Advantage

• Fresh Graduate are welcome

• Willing to be placed in Site Kolaka, South East Sulawesi

4. Logistics Manager / Logistics Supervisor (LOG M/ LOG SPV)

Job Requirements

• Candidate maximum age is 40 years old

• Have experience minimal 5 years in Supply Chain/ Logistics in heavy equipment / mining industry

• Responsible to analyze the total needs of goods/ spare part and also to ensure the allocation and delivery of goods/ spare parts can meet efficiently and effectively;

• Receiving and processing goods/ spare part request from all user, and made control about the delivery process so that goods/ spare parts can be received on time and match as a schedule;

• Review and analyze all vendors/ suppliers, supply and price options;

• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, service and supplies;

• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality;

• Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times and potential future development

General Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business, or Management, or other related field; or a combination of education and other relevant experience

• Experience in Mining Industry/Heavy Equipment is a must

• Candidate for manager min have experience 5 years / supervisor min have 3 years in similar positions

• Willing to be placed in Site Kolaka, South East Sulawesi

5. IT Support (IT)

Job Requirements

• Candidate maximum age is 30 years old

• Minimum 3 years experiences as IT Support or relevant.

• Proven record in build IT systems in the company, handling network management, network administration and database administration Having experience coordinating with network/IT provider would be an advantage. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.

• Responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading IT-related activities during the project, including building IT system, performing system & application maintenance, registration of IT inventory, licenses & contracts.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate from Computer Science/System Information/Information Technology/Information Management & Analytics.

• Fresh Graduate are welcome within similar experience

• Willing to be placed in SCBD Sequis Tower, South Jakarta

6. Mining Road Construction (MRC)

Job Requirements:

• Candidate maximum age is 40 years old .

• Having minimum 3-5 years of experience as Site Engineer on Road Construction Project

• Have competencies in road Civil Engineering Design, Construction Methods, Project Management, and Contract Management.

• Mastering road work techniques

• Prepare budget for materials, equipment, or labor to determine civil project feasibility.

• To supervise road construction projects undertaken including compliance and commercial aspect to ensure all projects align with the plans and provisions applicable to Company Group

• Responsible to represent Company on site to ensure the road construction project align with the plan and finished as per targeted

General Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering

• Experience min 3 years in Mining Industry (Specializations ; Road Construction Project)

• Have POP certificated (preffered)

• Willing to be placed in Site, Kolaka South East Sulawesi

7. Mechanic Trainer (MT)

Job Requirements

• Candidate maximum age is 45 years old.

• Create and develop plans, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to achieve the expected targets of each training program.

• Responsible for the availability of training modules and facilities used in each training in collaboration with the Factory and HSE departments

• Conduct training evaluations to improve mechanical classification and provide recommendations based on the assessment provided.

• able to make periodic reports on competency development plan activities that are being or have been implemented in the field and the problems faced.

• Develop competency matrix mechanics so that the required training is known according to the competence

• Able to create and implement training modules and assessment standards

General Qualifications:

• Minimal Diploma/Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering

• Have experience minimal 5 years in Mechanic Trainer

• Mastering the technique of checking, maintaining and operating units (Komatsu, Catterpilar, Kobelco, etc.)

• Understand the function of the instrument panel and unit components according to OMM (Operation and Maintenance Manual)

• Willing to be placed in Site, Kolaka South East Sulawesi

8. Operator Trainer (OT)

Job Requirements

• Candidate maximum age is 45 years old .

• Assisting HC regarding operator acceptance by preparing exam materials, and conducting exams (theory and practice) in the field based on the specified parameters.

• Evaluating training requests from users and compiling training materials and preparing facilities to be used in the implementation of training.

• Review, analyze, implement and update the training modules and tools that will be conducted for the trainees.

• Private teaching, explaining, and specifically guiding participants who do not understand the training material explained during the teaching and learning process.

• Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating the implementation of the training, the teaching process in the training, and the teaching methods used.

• Assist the operator during the trial period and evaluate the unit operation process.

• Conduct training needs analysis in determining the required training and development methods.

• Create training progress reports and monthly service meter unit (SMU) reports containing operator name, unit type, and operator working hours.

General Qualifications :

• Minimal Diploma / Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a heavy equipment operator trainer

• Have the Ability to Teach & Create Training Modules - Train Of Trainer (TOT) Certification

9. Shipping & Commercial (SCom)

Job Requirements:

• Good understanding cost component of Logistic process and Forwarding process and Analysis Data

• Good knowledge of Vendor Sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

• Make contracts as per Sales & Purchase and Sourcing Plan, propose and finalize laycans

• Checking all relevant certificates of vessel and follow-up for valid certificates / GA drawing, etc.

• Coordinate with site and external parties

• Ensure that the activities of docking and releasing ships from the dock and loading / unloading of goods are carried out according to procedures

• Monitor Stowage Plan & timely follow-up in case any change in stowage plan due to change in discharge port etc.

• Coordinate for dead freight confirmation, vsl damage, cargo quality problem

• Supplier Reconciliation & Customer Reconciliation

• Make a Loading & Freight Report

• Superb communication (spoken & written) and negotiation skills

General Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Shipping & Commercial Admin

• Willing to be placed in SCBD Sequis Tower, South Jakarta
