We are currently looking for experienced and qualified talents for the following positions:

Manager Technical Studies

(Jakarta)

Job Descriptions

• Accountable for leading and overseeing technical studies in relation to the mine development, reserve optimization, and downstream project development

• Provide all technical data inputs and other studies required for regulatory compliances and permitting with regard to the mine and project development

• Lead and oversee technical studies related to the mine development, reserve optimization, and downstream project development

• Provide all technical data inputs and other studies required for regulatory compliances and permitting with regards to the mine and project development

• Establish and maintain robust relationships across departmental functions to deliver technical study documents required for regulatory compliances and permitting

• Proactively drive the application of best applicable practices in mine planning, technology, and operations support

• Establish and define work procedures and practices to institute acceptable standards of outputs and performance

• Define capital and budgetary requirements and manage the departmental budget for the achievement of mineral resources activities and objectives

• Develop and manage a network of project specialists, technical consultants, and contractors in the mineral resource function

Requirements

• B.Sc. or MSc Degree in Mine Engineering or related field

• Minimum 10 years of mineral resource and reserve management experience

• At least 1 year in a similar managerial position including an operating nickel project

• Advanced technical knowledge of mineral reserve estimation, mine planning, and operations

• Knowledge of mineral reserves reporting and database system

• Strong background in mine operations

• Official reserves reporting experience in accordance with the national/global codes/standards

• Registered Competent Person Indonesia (CPI) for laterite nickel preferred

• Willing to regularly visit the Mining site

Manager Resources Development

(Konawe)

Job Descriptions

• Accountable for providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of the overall mineral resource strategy, including developing and continuously updating resource models and reporting resource estimates in accordance with the global reporting codes and standards

• Responsible for the translation of technical information and strategic intent into strategic business plans

• Ensure the 3D geological block model is developed, maintained, and continuously improved as a result of geological observations, pit face mapping, drilling, and production data inputs.

• Compile, sign-off, and report annual resource statements in accordance with the national and global reporting codes and standards

• Interface proactively with the Mine Technical Services and Expertise to proceed with mineral reserve optimization and produce mine plans

• Assist the Exploration Drilling Team with a cost-effective drilling strategy for achieving optimal returns

• Establish and oversee the collection and collation of geological data systems from drilling and sampling in accordance with the global industry standard, including the QAQC data system

• Organize, plan and manage personnel and other departmental resources to meet MRM functions objectives

• Establish and define work procedures and practices to institute acceptable standards of outputs and performance

Requirements

• Knowledge of database systems and QAQC procedures

• Strong background in exploration and/or production geology preferred

• Official resource reporting experience in accordance with the national/global codes/standards

• Registered Competent Person Indonesia (CPI) as defined in KCMI for laterite nickel preferred.

Commercial Manager

(Konawe)

Job Descriptions

• To ensure that the business support, including sales issues are fully provided to the site operation

• To ensure the operation gets proper support from Accounting, Finance and IT

• To ensure the sales process is recorded, monitored, billed and reported properly, correctly and on time

• To ensure that the operation budget is well managed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related

• At least 10 years of experience in related roles

Logistic Superintendent

(Konawe)

Job Descriptions

• Manage and supervisor logistics operations on site

• Develop Warehouse and Fuel storage infrastructure

• Analyze and create planning stock & inventory

• Assign team members to ensure that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met

• Ensure and achieve the implementation of KPI

• Ensure the implementation of EHS program and compliances against procedures, regulations, and policies to prevent any accidents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• At least 5 years of experience in related roles

Front End Developer

(Jakarta)

Job Descriptions

• Understand End Users requirements in regards to design new business application solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing business systems and integrate new features or improvemen

• Deep expertise designing and developing rich, interactive data visualizations

• Experience with Bootstrap and responsive design

• Extensive experience building mobile and web application interfaces

• Deep understanding about REST architecture, JSON and XML

• Knowledge of at least one of any popular mobile app development language such as Java, C#, Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Xamarin, etc.

• Experience using Typescript is Plus

• State management using MobX/Redux

• Familiar of version control systems (GIT, SVN etc)

Requirements

• Write and test applications and software codes

• Collaborate with software developers to code program designs

• Collaborate with Business Analyst for business process definition

• Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need

• Balance workday between multiple projects and respond immediately

• Report issues and concerns immediately to Team Leader

• Report Daily Time sheet to Team Leader
