Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:

Senior officer positions:

1. Senior Mechanical Rotating Engineer

Responsible to plan, monitor and implement all mechanical rotating maintenance activities within approved budget and resources, in compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements of all facilities onshore and offshore to achieve targeted plant availability and reliability, and to maximize production for Indonesia Operations.

2. Senior Reservoir Surveillance Engineer

Responsible to conduct surveillance monitoring wells performance, update RMP, reservoir simulation and support study team as per Company’s guidelines and managing reservoir performance as per endorsed RMP for respective fields to maximize HC recovery factor and at the same time to prevent/reduce profit loss.

3. Senior Well Maintenance Engineer

Responsible to plan and manage the execution of well intervention operations in maximizing well availability and sustained the well integrity to enable prolonged, continuous and safe production in achieving the maximum recovery of developed oil reserves contributing to overall target and objective as per Work Program & Budget (WPB) in-line with good industry practices and in accordance with Company’s Procedures and Guidelines for Upstream Activities (PPGUA), Upstream Inspection Maintenance Assurance Guideline (U-IMAGe) and Well Risk Management (WRM) and in-line with host government regulations, industry standards and best practices.

4. Senior Liaison & Permit Officer

Responsible to plan and follow up on official project-related documentation with government authorities and act as a liaison in managing and facilitating the timely approval of the permits and its associated of the project-related activities, e.g. daily reporting requirements, approvals / recommendations, licensing of new facilities, land acquisition, inspection audits, etc. To maintain the security of the company's reputation and image and ensure business growth.

5. Senior Marine Officer

Responsible to coordinate and lead the process of provision the "Best in Class" Offshore Support Vessel (OSVs) which can contribute positively for day to day integrated drilling and production simultaneous activities and keep on the stipulated regulations and procedures to meet the business objectives in delivering effective and cost-efficient of marine services.

6. Senior Statutory & Permit Officer

Responsible to establish an effective strategy to integrate and optimize Import/Export Activity with reference to Procurement Plan/Procurement List and to maintain statutory obligations relevant to import and export regulations as a support to Company’s development projects, drilling campaign, and production operations in a timely and cost effective manner.

7. Senior Financial Accountant

Manage, maintain and control the implementation of financial accounting services, which includes financial reporting, fixed assets accounting, and revenue accounting to meet Company and Statutory requirements while ensuring practice of good governance.

Officer positions:

8. Process Safety Engineer

Responsible to plan, develop and monitor all process safety requirements by implementing and maintaining comprehensive, robust and sustainable systems, practices and competencies for managing Process Safety for the safe, efficient and reliable operations to minimise the likelihood of a major hazard accident from occurring and to ensure that the necessary mitigation and emergency preparedness mechanisms are in place.

9. Geoscientist

Responsible to carry out geosciences technical evaluation through meeting the agreed plan and ensuring smooth project execution in accordance to Company’s standard and superior technical results on supporting project & investment- in order to deliver optimum development of petroleum resources, maximizing value return and sustainable business growth in line with Company’s Indonesia current and future business requirement in field appraisal, development and production.

10. Budget & Reporting Accountant

 Prepare the production and development Performance Dashboards, Variance Analysis and periodic progress status  in accordance with Company plans, policies, practices and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant working experience (for senior officer position), and a minimum of 3 - 6 years relevant working experience (for officer positions) in oil & gas industry. Knowledgeable in relevant standards and policies, possess good analytical skill and well experience with relevant computer software/programs i.e., Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, etc. All candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
