In Kalimantan Indonesia, our venture into the coal mining industry started as a sub-contractor in 2005. As a result of the foresight and dynamism of our management and a committed team, we have carved a niche for ourselves as a reliable coal miner and expanded into coal trading as well. Now, we are looking for suitable candidates for project in Kalimantan Timur and Kalimantan Tengah:-

1. Senior Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• 40 to 45 year old

• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering or Geology

• Preferred minimum 10 years senior level experience in Coal Mining (reputable coal mining contractor is advantage)

• Good knowledge of operating mine planning and scheduling software such as Minescape, Mine, and Xpac

• Demonstrates an ability to successfully manage projects, schedules, budgets, and encompasses excellent skills in organizational, planning & problem solving

• In depth multi-tasking capabilities’ and conversant with project management tools and techniques (mining management principles, mine planning, mine operation, mining activities flow, geology, HSE, financial and management)

• Broad understanding external and internal economic factors affecting business

• Business acumen and solid financial skills to handle capital appropriation, costing and budget responsibilities

• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control system

• Able to identify appropriate work methods and productions

• Excellent analytical, evaluate, supervisory, team development and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team

• Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline

• Good command of English (verbal and writing)

• Possess POM certification

2. Senior Mine Plan Engineer/Mine Plan Engineer

Job Requirements:

• 40 to 45 year old

• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering

• Preferred minimum 8 years working experience in mine plan engineering and minimum 5 years in mine operation (Coal Mining)

• Capable of operating mine planning and scheduling software such as Minescape, Minex, and Xpac; and survey software is a plus (AutoCad, Talpac and Terramodel)

• Capable in mine blasting plan and operation

• Good understanding about coal geology and geotech

• Good understanding of wide range mining equipment application

• Possess outstanding leadership skills, highly motivated, hard working under pressures and good team work

• Good interpersonal and communications skills

• Possess POP/POM certification

3. Technical Service Manager

Job Requirements:

• 40 – 45 years old.

• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering or Geology.

• Preferred minimum 8 years senior level experience in coal mining as mine plan and minimum 5 years experience as mine operation (reputable coal mining contractor is advantage)

• Capable of operating mine and geology software such as Minescape, Xpac, Minex, and survey software is a plus (AutoCad, Talpac and Terramodel).

• Able to analyse, interpret, review, and resume of all aspect linked to mining industry (magazine, newspapaer, professional journals/papers, and government regulations) and provide it to management and other co-workers in regularly.

• Able to to writing reports in details, business correspondence, technical manual procedure, and SOP.

• Abel to effectively present information, communicate, and respond to questions from management and co-workers.

• Able to work and convert between a variety of data types is necessary.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Broad understanding external and internal economic factors affecting business.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Possess POU certification

4. Senior Geologist (Resource)

Job Requirements:

• 40 to 45 year old

• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Geology

• Preferred minimum 10 years working experience as coal modelling geologist

• Capable in operating mining, geology modelling, and resource calculation software (Minescape, Minex, Xpac. ArcGIS, GIS)

• In depth knowledge in resource and reserve estimation refer to JORC, KCMI, USGA, JIS, and other international references

• In depth knowledge in coal geology comprehensively, coal proximate and ultimate analysis and development of coal feasibility and geology study

• Able to generate coal geology model to becoming mine plan (especially for long term plan)

• Broad understanding external and internal economic factors affecting business

• Work extended hours meet section deadlines and emergency situations, and also required is the experience end capability to manage safety initiatives at various project sites

• Experience in coal exploration and able to work in a cross-cultural environment

• Good command of English (verbal and writing)

• Possess POP/POM certification

5. Blasting Foreman/Blasting Engineer

Job Requirements:

• 33 - 38 years old.

• Bachelor/diploma degree from Mining or Geology Engineering.

• Having certificates of POP/POM (Pengawas Operasional Pertama/Madya) and KJL (Kartu Juru Ledak) under BSN/ESDM authorized.

• Must be qualified to apply KIM

• Minimum 5 years working experience in drill and blast.

• Mastering in mine software (Minescape, Minex, Xpac; AutoCad etc)

• Mastering in drill and blast performance evaluation

• Having knowledge in coal geology and geotech aspects.

• Having a good understanding of wide range mining equipment application

• Have outstanding leadership skills, highly motivated, hard working under pressures and good team work

• Good interpersonal and communications skills

• Good level of written and verbal in English

• Willing to be place at remote site in Kalimantan Tengah/Kalimantan Timur.

6. HR Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Well-versed with Labour Act

• At least 7 years of working experience in Mining industry, specializing in Recruitment and Payroll

• Good in Microsoft Excel

• Good interpersonal skill

• Good communication skill

• Can work independently

• Can start work immediately

7. IT Support

Job Requirements:

• Max 30 years old

• Min Degree or equivalent in IT

• At least 3 years of working experience in Mining Industry as IT Support

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

8. Quality Control Officer

Job Requirements:

• Max 30 years old

• Min Degree or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area

• Proven admin or assistant experience

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Familiar in using computer & proficient in MS Office

9. Master Operator

Job Requirements:

• Max 45 years old

• Min. high school graduation

• Min. 5 years of working in mining industrial as master operator

• Understand shift work plans and daily targets

• Understand the health and safety regulations in mining operations

• Having the ability and competence to operate at least 5 equipments

10. Mechanic DT/Mechanic HE/Bodywork

Job Requirements:

• Max 45 years old

• Minimum education: High School, Vocational High School with major of Electrical /Automotive/ Production Machine.

• Has work experienced as mechanic in mining.

• Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.

• Knowing about HE/DT/Bodywork Management System.

• Having skill of HE/DT/Bodywork maintenance.

• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan area).
