Engineer PLTS

• S1 Electro / Renewable Energy

• Pengalaman dibidangnya minimum 3 tahun

• Melakukan eksekusi dan pengembangan project Solar Energy sesuai standar berlaku.

• Menyiapkan proposal pekerjaan sesuai standar klien.

• Menyiapkan work plan project

• Menyusun dokumen engineering termasuk engineering design

• Melakukan control dan monitoring alokasi budget project dan progress pekerjaan.

• Memastikan bahwa seluruh kegiantan di project sesuai dengan SOP.

DRILLING, COMPLETION & SIMULATION ENGINEER

Responsibility:

• Reparation of Drilling & Completion program and to follow up of associated operationPerform the coordination with external to ensure that all approved, report and audit are properly defined and monitored

• Preparation of associated services and material required, including contract and procurement, to safely perform the activities

• Report creation upon job completion.

Requirement:

• Educational Discipline : Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering

• Professional experience : At minimum 3 years experience in Drilling & Completion engineering & operation offshore experience requirement mandatory Depth knowledge for Completion & Wells Material.

• Technical Competency : IWCF, Drilling Completion, Stimulation

• Nontechnical Competency : Team work, hard worker, Social, Able to communicate effectively, speak & write English is a must

JR. DRILLING & WELL INTERVENTION – MATERIAL ENGINEER

Responsibility:

• Collecting and review documents checklist as per requirement template

• Perform coordination with other respective entities (SCM, FIN, etc.)

• Review the requires documents to ensure no mistake or typo and comply with procedures

• Prepare good documentation of close out based on template and provide a proper justification line by line to convincing the auditor

• Conduct detail tracking and checking for drilling and completion operation while completed by internal DWI (reporting, administration, compliance, management of change, etc.)

• Follow up any anomaly (i.e. NPT and penalty application as per contract) related to drilling operation as per drilling report in daily basis

• Summarize project closer out report prior meeting purpose

• Attend project close out report meeting

• Follow up post audit finding as soon as possible after project close out report meeting.

• Follow up approval process of project close out reports

Requirement:

• Educational Discipline : Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Physics/

• Metallurgy/Petroleum Engineering or other relevant to requirement

• Professional experience : Not required

• Technical Competency : Technical Engineering Educational Background, Computer Literate (MS Offices)

• Nontechnical Competency : English (verbal and written), reporting skills, communication and presentation skills, logical thinking, self-confidence, self-motivated, responsibility, attitude.

FLUID & CEMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:

• Control drilling fluids, cementing and solid control operations on the rig in order to ensure that wells fluids and cementing programs are delivered as programmed, safely, environmental friendly and efficiently, in compliance with Company referential, local regulations and good Oil and Gas Industry practices.

• Organize all preparation activities in workshop and on rig prior to run fluids, cementing and solid control in order to conduct the cementing jobs as programmed and in line with good engineering practices.

• Promote fluids, cementing and solid control improvement program to optimize fluids and cement operation for efficiency.

• Provide valid information and report to office in order to guarantee the output produced in good quality and in time.

• Supervise contractor and advise solutions for fluids and cement's problem

• Ready to be appointed as Emergency Intervention Team (EIT) member based on Company requirement

Requirement:

• Educational Discipline : Degree in Engineering

• Professional experience : Must have Oil & Gas Drilling experiences specific in Drilling Fluid or Cementing Operations. Experienced as as Drilling Mud Engineer or Cementer on offshore or Swamp Drilling Rig Experienced with exploration/HPHT wells.

• Technical Competency : Drilling Fluid or Oil Well Cementing Operation or Engineering SKKNI Lumpur Pemboran. Well Control Certification

• Nontechnical Competency : English MS Office

DRILLING ENGINEER

Responsibility:

• Continuous preparation to comply Drilling Operations with Company Rules to ensure safe Well Delivery especially in term of Well Barriers and Well Control No technical problem due to lack of preparation

• Deliver good quality Well with good integrity

• Preparation of Rig Intake if any

• HPHT Well Preparation and Execution in the future

• Planning all new innovation on operations with proper Risk Assessment

• Ensure to perform simultaneous operations safe and smoothly

• Ensure proper planning and risk review prior trial

• Co-coordinating related to SINOPS/ Site Preparation/ Rig Move

Requirement:

• Educational Discipline : S1 Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, and others are accepted based on the experience

• Professional experience : min 10 years in oil & gas industry; min. 5 years field experience as Drilling Engineer (preferably with Mahakam experience)

• Technical Competency :

1. Drilling and Completion Operations best practice

2. Well Control & Barrier

3. Well Control Certification valid

4. BHA, Directional Drilling Bit and Drilling Hydraulic

5. Stuck Pipe Prevention

6. Fishing Hole Cleaning

7. Major Risk Awareness

COMPLETION & WORKOVER ENGINEER

Responsibility:

• Preparation of Drilling & Completion program and to follow up of associated operation

• Preparation of associated services and material required particularly for Wellhead, including

• contract and procurement, to safely perform the activities

• Report creation upon job completion.

Requirement:

• Educational Discipline : Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering

• Professional experience : At minimum 5 years experience in Drilling & Completion engineering & operation offshore experience requirement mandatory

• Technical Competency : IWCF, Drilling Completion, Stimulation

• Nontechnical Competency : Team work, hard worker, Social, Able to communicate effectively, speak & write English is a must

Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

• Lead the maintenance team in the field and organize the planning of weekly maintenance;

• Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on the plant's machines and equipment, identifying the needs for repairs or parts replacement, in order to guarantee the reliability and functionality of the equipment;

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of Wartsila Engines;

• Advanced knowledge in 4-stroke diesel engines;

• Carry out repairs to compressors and motors, identifying the need to change parts and their control systems, in order to guarantee their functionality;

• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, describing the scope of services performed and informing about possible faults identified;

• Take care of the tools and equipment under their responsibility, as well as cleaning, organizing and hygienic areas involved in the process.

• Able to work in a team and guide others on solving technical problems when necessary;

• Report data related to the operation and maintenance using Maximo;

• Complying with and enforcing Corporate and Quality, Environment, Health and Safety policies, rules, procedures and guidelines, observing information, guidelines, documents and technical specifications;

• Having minimum > 3 years of experience in handling Wartsila engine

Shift Supervisor

• Daily monitoring task and take care of engine needs, fuel, oil and operational data.

• Quality checking own work

• Daily Logging monitoring operational data

• Communicate with other ops teams to ensure engines running normally

• Communicate with dispatcher to coordinate

• Able to use SCADA for monitoring and logging

• Able to use MS Office for reporting

• Able to analyse and understand engine abnormalities

• All duties carried out to be done in a safe manner following H&S safety procedures

• Any other duties that may be required

• Having minimum > 3 years of experience in handling Wartsila engine

• Placement: Kendari

Heavy Vehicle Driver/Trailer Driver & General Operator

• Minimal Lulus SMA

• Usia <40 tahun

• Bersedia bekerja di bawah rotasi dan remote area ke seluruh pelosok Indonesia

• Paham bahasa Inggris dasar baik lisan/tulisan

• Dapat menggunakan komputer

• Memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman dalam operasi minyak & gas, di darat dan/atau lepas pantai lebih disukai

• Memiliki pengalaman mengemudikan kendaraan besar jenis trailer minimal 1 tahun

• Vaksinasi lengkap (Vaksin 1 & 2)

• Mempunyai SIM B2 (Trailer Driver/Equipment Operator)

• Penempatan di Duri dan atau seluruh Indonesia

• Bersedia mengikuti proses seleksi di Cikarang/Jakarta
