1. POSITION: AREA COORDINATOR & AREA LEADS

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate from on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or field

Working Status  : Contract

Work Location   : Site Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas HSE.

• Fluent in English

• Excellent in Microsoft Office and computer literate

• Proven work experience as an Area Coordinator

• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise

• Acknowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship process

• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example

• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills

• Be able to work under pressure

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• High sense of responsibility and accuracy

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations

• Directs Pre-Comm., Comm., Start-up & Operation activities according to approved procedures within own Operating Area

• Lead preparation of supervisors/operators for Comm./Start-up and normal operation through training/tasks. Report gaps that need to be bridged

• Liaise with Client for safe/optimal operations of process plant

• Maintain working relationships with Superintendents/Supervisors

• Coordinates Licensor/Vendors at site within own operating area

2. POSITION: PROCESS SUPERINTENDENT

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate from on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Contract

Work location   : Site Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commissioning role in complex O&G onshore/offshore project;

2. A team player with a flexible attitude to work scope

3. Ability to work unsurprised as required

4. Confident in management of interface with contractor and Vendor personnel

5. Proactive approach to decision making and team works

6. Organization ability in multi-interface and technically demanding project

7. Knowledge of maintenance activities for process equipment

8. Knowledge Commissioning Design Review, Commissioning Engineering, Plant Operation Engineering

4. Responsible for the safe, efficient and correct commissioning, start-up and operation of the Production Plant, process, gasompression systems, machinery, equipment, Central Control Room (CCR) and process instrumentation

9. Evaluates plant performance during Comm./Start-up and, in liaison with Technical staff, check performance meets expectations/studies optimizations

3. POSITION: COMMISSIONING DIRECT HIRING COORDINATORS (Assembly and Erect. Superint)

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commissioning role (assembly, erection, construction & fabrication activities)  in complex O&G onshore/offshore project;

2. A team player with a flexible attitude to work scope 

3. Fluent in English

4. Excellent in Microsoft Office and computer literate

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Ability to read and interpret technical project documents such as isometrics, standards for supports, P&IDs, piping arrangements, plot plants, alignment sheet, project installation procedures

7. Knowledge in Construction activities execution

8. Knowledge of piping and steel structures materials

9. Knowledge of pre-commissioning procedures

10. Knowledge of alignment techniques for static and rotating equipment, including the alignment of pipes connection to the machinery

11. Knowledge of erection sequences and production methodologies

12. Knowledge of fabrication execution workflow

13. Knowledge of multidisciplinary fabrication execution (piping, structure, E/I, painting, scaffolding, handling and lifting, pre-com).

14. Knowledge of construction engineering aspects of the project.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Organise, coordinate and control the erection works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring the management of interfaces with production superintendents, engineering, methods disciplines and quality control

2. Manage the activities to integrate sub-assemblies and complete the end product, including Mechanical Completion, preparation for load out, sea transport/offshore hook up load in and installation on foundations, as applicable for Onshore or Offshore projects

3. Coordinate, and organise when in direct hiring, erection works to ensure correct and cost-effective performance, in accordance with the established operating programs, coordinating and c ontrolling the activities performed by the dependent teams

4. Coordinate support activities (scaffolding, lifting and handling)

5. Ensure that welding activities and non-destructive controls are carried out and released before painting, with a view to cost Optimization

6. Coordinate all disciplines involved in the work up to Mechanical Completion optimizing overlapping operations

7. Ensure that load out operations are carried out

8. Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the works performed, subcontracted or in direct hiring. Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus. Plan and monitor vendors or any specialists’ activities at site

9. Interface with Asset department for equipment maintenance and repairing to ensure that equipment is kept in good working order

4. POSITION: System Mechanical Completion Coordinator (Commissioning)

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commissioning role in as system completion coordinator)

2. Knowledge of maintenance activities for process equipment (including but not limited to rotating, static, instrumentation, electrical equipment) and relevant tools.

3. Ability to execute maintenance during operations

4. Knowledge of Comm, Start-Up and Op Engineering

5. Experience on main Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up & Operation activities. Knowledge and experience in Plant Operation

6. Knowledge of Maintenance Engineering

7. Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (PdM) to predict when equipment failure might occur and to prevent the occurrence of the failure by performing appropriate maintenance

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Perform technical tasks assigned by Project Commissioning and Operation Lead, related to the preparation of the precommissioning, commissioning, start up, test run, training and operation activities. Interface with engineering disciplines, licensors, vendors and subcontractors

2. Maintain continuous review of the Production Facilities operations

3. Provide support during the execution of the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up activities.

4. Management of change coordination of any change made to the Production Facilities original design after commissioning and handing over to operations team

5. Smooth transition between Comm and Ops At the time of commissioning and Operations start up of a new leased Production Facility, provide continuous technical assistance to ensure a smooth transition from the commissioning team, deliverables, activities (punch lists, marked-up engineering documents, energized and commissioned systems, etc.) to the commencement of normal operations activities

6. Review and comment operating manual and procedures

7. Redmark and keep updated engineering documentations as required during comms and ops

8. During the project execution phase of a new leased Production Facility, provides technical assistance to the Pre-Operations Manager and team on the project as requested.
