1. POSITION   : BUYER

Candidate requirements

• Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project

• Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

• Work location   : Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Technical Field (Preferable)

• High level of English language

• Minimum 10 years experiences with 5 years’ experience in EPCI company

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with MS office and SAP software or equivalent

• High level of following skills is requested: flexibility, problem solving, focus to result and negotiation

• Advance knowledge of contractual regulations, standard terms and conditions.

• Advance knowledge and ability to manage the Purchasing process procedures and best practices

Tasks :

• Carry out all the activities necessary to purchase goods and/or services/subcontracts, in compliance with given

• cost/time/quality requirements and with Corporate/Company policies and standards and work instructions

Job Description:

• Issue to vendors the Request for Quotation based on given purchasing request

• Support the vendors during the preparation of the technical/commercial proposals with obligation of confidentiality about the related bid info

•  Prep are the commercial/economic bid tabulation to compare different proposals and suggest actions to be taken in order to improve bid result and/or select the vendor

• Lead the commercial/economic negotiation

• Prepare the purchase or der/subcontract based on standard General Purchase Terms and Conditions and Project Special Purchase Conditions, if any, and managing possible deviations

• Close out the bid process receiving purchase/subcontract confirmation by selected vendor and informing the unsuccessful vendors about negative result of their bid

• Follow up and negotiate, if necessary, purchase order/subcontract revisions

• Perform the assigned activities in compliance with procedures and provided systems and tools

• Check and comment the technical documentation received with the Purchase Requisition and Technical Evaluation

• Manage contractual documentation (Archive) before the issue to centralized archive

2. POSITION: EXPEDITER

Candidate requirements

• Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project

• Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

• Work location   : Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Technical Field (Preferable)

• High level of English language

• Minimum 10 years experiences with 5 years’ experience in EPCI company

• High level of following skills is requested: flexibility, problem solving, focus to result and negotiation

• Advance knowledge of contractual regulations, standard terms and conditions.

• Capability to monitor GOODS supply progress, with focus on production process lead time and supply delivery dates.

• Knowledge of GOODS manufacturing and fabrication process. Knowledge of GOODS supply phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transportation. Knowledge of vendors

• Knowledge of GOODS supply chain cycle phases, including manufacturing processes and construction methods. Knowledge of International Rules, Codes and Standard. Knowledge of raw materials fabrication processes, production processes, quality control, production costs, and processes lead time

• Knowledge of supply chain process (engineering, purchasing, production and fabrications, assembling, packing, transportation, clearing through customs, preservation and installation).

• Knowledge of Master planning of shipping, all types of transport methodologies. Knowledge of material packing and marking for different methods of transport. Knowledge of needed documents of shipping activities.

Job Description:

• Ensure time and quality in the delivery of Goods and documents indicated in the Purchase Order and ensure the suitability of Goods, thus preventing extra costs, delays or other disruptions in the execution of projects, by promoting/suggesting any corrective actions that may be necessary during the production and/or assembly of the Goods

• Monitor the progress of the supplies status during the entire supply execution period to achieve contractual delivery date

• Manage requests for early delivery or postponed delivery in accordance with the project requirements

• Review Purchase Order and all the contractual documentation in order to detect discrepancies and prevent any misunderstanding that could potentially cause delays

• Contact the Vendor to check correct receipt and interpretation of the Purchase Order, expediting the issuance of acknowledge of the order

• Ensure that the vendor supply schedule covers all the supply cycle phases (engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transport) and its compliance with contract delivery terms and dates

• Monitor all supply chain phases to timely identify and manage any potential cause of delay, and mitigate delays already detected

• Ensure timely availability of suitable shipping documentation to allow the shipping and transportation of the purchased materials

3. POSITION   : SITE PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR / FIELD PROCUREMENT LEAD

Candidate requirements

• Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

• Work location   : Site Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Technical Field (Preferable)

• High level of English language

• Minimum 10 years experiences with 5 years’ experience in EPCI company

• High level of following skills is requested: flexibility, problem solving, focus to result and negotiation

• Advance knowledge of contractual regulations, standard terms and conditions.

• Knowledge of contracts schemes and contractual terms and ability to analyse the main contractual conditions

• Knowledge of the process of claim and change management with regards to contracts with partners, suppliers and customers

• Understand processes and procedures related to: - staff, business support, business activities - compliance and governance.

• Capability to prepare the documentation necessary for the Tender (Purchase Requisition, Technical Specification, Price List).

• Capability to perform Technical Bid Evaluation. Capability to find the best technical and economic strategy for the execution of transports. Knowledge of Chartering and Shipping Terms Knowledge and ability to utilize the Company systems supporting the management of Procurement process

• Knowledge of Project Procurement management tools and techniques and of project management principles applied to Procurement.

• Knowledge and ability to manage the company vendor qualification process, vendor feedback process and vendor data base.

Job Description:

• Lead and coordinate all the activities necessary to purchase goods and/or services/subcontracts carried out by buyers

• Issue purchase orders/subcontracts within the assignment power of attorney, if any, or coordinate the process and related workflow up to the Purchase Order signature by the deputed person

• Report to the Procurement function about the activities of the assigned team of buyers

• Assign purchasing request to a specified buyer to start up the procurement process

• Define/approve the bidder list taking into account project and operating requirements, market knowledge and other possible internal needs

• App rove the Request for Quotations prepared by buyers and Check and/or approve the commercial/economic tabulation to compare different proposals prepared by buyers

• Supervise the commercial/economic negotiation and Check and/or approve the purchase order/subcontract prepared by buyers

• Support and coordinate the buyers in performing day by day activities

• Ensure confidentiality obligation about technical/commercial/economical info received through the vendor proposals and about any info related to the tenders managed and Check the technical documentation received with the Purchase Requisition and Technical evaluation.
