Engineer-Procurement Coordination & Inventory Control

(Code : EPCIC_NAME)

Job Description:

1. Assist Head - Procurement Coordination & Inventory Control for the planning of component overhauling for all the HEMM Equipment.

2. Follow up with the Purchase team on a daily basis with respect to the progress on the conversion of PRs to POs.

3. Follow up with the Site team on the requisition of the spare parts/ components through the generated PR and POs.

4. Prepare the spare parts. components consumption report on daily and monthly and ensured availability of reasonable inventory thereof to address maintenance needs.

5. Keep updates on the procurement of the components/ spares as per the PRs and PO to all the Project locations

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Male  (Minimum age 26 years old)

• Working Experience minimum 4 years

• Must have knowledge on spares management and inventory management

• Having good technical skill and have previous experience on maintenance related ERP packages like SAP MM & PM

• Should have previous experience in vendor management.

• Should possess skill in component/ parts overhauling.

• Demonstrable deadline/time management and task management skill

• Proficiency in English

Head - Condition Based Monitoring

(Code : HCBM_NAME)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for all the Condition based monitoring activities - Analysis condition monitoring data , schedule predictive repair process, Troubleshoot of machines problems and  Repair costing analysis for all the HEMM equipment.

2. Responsible for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) participation by provides relevant vibration and oil analysis history to support root cause analysis efforts

3. Responsible for the analysis of Equipment Matrix Reports.

4. Maintain Tracking sheet for all Oil analysis reports and SOS Sampling.

5. Coordination with site team and analyzing undercarriage wear pattern (CTS report) and plan for undercarriage

6. Monitoring and analysis lube consumption and action plan for rectification

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Male  (Minimum age 35 years old)

• Working Experience minimum 10 years

• Must have knowledge on the Lubricant selection and Lubrication practices, Lubricant handling and storage inventory management

• Should have knowledge on selection of Lubrication Equipment and Contamination Control Products

• Having good technical skill and have work experience on CBM activities and Lubrication preventive maintenance

• Should have previous experience in Identification of opportunities for repair by monitoring trend of maintenance, Fault codes and  analyzing inspection or the HEMM Equipment.

• Should have previous experience on failure analysis of components as well as financial justification for a repair.

• Demonstrable deadline/time management and task management skill

• Proficiency in English

Head - Critical Breakdown

(Code : HCB_NAME)

Job Description:

1. Follow up with all sites for various Critical Break-down Maintenance for all the HEMM Equipment.

2. Follow up closely with purchase team for critical equipment breakdown equipment material requirement

3. Responsible for delivering the critical equipment Breakdown materials to site in fast track

4. Follow up with the service vendors for the procurement of spare parts to meet the requirement arises during the  critical breakdown of all equipment’s

5. Monitor the MTBF & MTTR of critical equipment and ensure the critical break-down maintenance is done as per the plan.

6. Monitor daily MIS report on the equipment utilization and the production data for all projects.

7. Prepare a monthly performance review for all the equipment and present it to Head - Coordination.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Male  (Minimum age 38 years old)

• Working Experience minimum 10 years

• Must have knowledge on resource planning, monitoring, tracking and maintenance of equipment in the mining companies

• Should have knowledge on spare parts management and inventory planning and control

• Should have knowledge on the critical breakdown maintenance of the HEMM Equipment

• Having good technical skill and have previous experience on maintenance related ERP packages like SAP MM & PM

• Should have previous experience in vendor management.

• Proven ability in storage, maintenance and use of plant and equipment on a loss-preventative basis

• Demonstrable deadline/time management and task management skill

• Proficiency in English

Head - Procurement Coordination & Inventory Control

Job Description:

1. Work closely with site team, understand the site requirements and coordinate with purchase team to deliver the material timely 

2. All the IR’s (material requirement raised from site teams) to be follow-up with purchase team to convert into PO

3. All Purchase orders need to be follow up and coordinate with purchase team

4. Coordination and follow up  of service PR’s &  PO’s

5. Map consumption pattern of spares on daily and monthly and ensured availability of reasonable inventory thereof to address maintenance needs.

6. Ensure the timely procurement of the components/ spares as per the PRs and PO to all the Project locations.

7. Inventory monitoring and analysis need to be done weekly basis and to work on reducing dead inventory

8. Analyzing fast moving items and ensure with all site warehouse for maintaining minimum stock

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Male  (Minimum age 35 years old)

• Working Experience minimum 10 years

Sr.  Engineer - Sub Assembly Planning & Life Monitoring

Job Description:

1. Responsible for preparing the Sub-assembly planning for all the HEMM equipment.

2. Responsible for  life monitoring of all sub assemblies for all the HEMM equipment.

3. Responsible for arranging the assemblies on float for the operational needs of the running equipment at all projects.

4. Responsible for the life monitoring of the undercarriages of all the HEMM equipment.

5. Component overhaul planning and Coordinate with central workshop

6. Responsible for keeping float sub assy in hand based on equipment fleet and critical equipment

7. Responsible for monitoring the tire life of all HEMM Equipment tires by  regular field testing to monitor the tire performance, quality and reliability against set benchmark.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Male  (Minimum age 28 years old)

• Working Experience minimum 6 years

• Must have knowledge on the OTR Tyre-, Failure Analysis, RCA, CAPA, Quality analysis, Spare part planning & inventory management.

• Should have knowledge on maintenance of the sub - assemblies and the undercarriage components of the HEMM Equipment

• Having good technical skill and have previous experience on performing quality maintenance, diagnosis, disassembly, inspections, rebuilds, and reassembly on any brand of sub-components for engines, power trains, hydraulics, fuel systems, power generation, electrical codes, etc.

• Should have previous experience in analyzing root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions.

• Demonstrable deadline/time management and task management skill

• Proficiency in English

Logistics leader- Import, Export and Domestic

Responsible for handling a team of expeditors and Logistics specialists and manage the end to end logistics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain process.

• 10 years experience in import-export and complete logistics

• Have experience in handling Freight forwarders, Custom clearing agencies, and local transporters

• Have Knowledge in Contracts
