We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

Custom Clearance & Freight Forwarding Coordinator

Purpose:

Custom Clearance & Freight Forwarding Coordinator is responsible for providing Operations – Logistic department with effective handling of the related formalities, importation facility (Masterlist), custom clearance, and explosives permits and to assure that the required Masterlists and/or permits for explosives are approved by the Government bodies in timely manner.

Support the project activities relevant to the offshore facility development project from pre operation readiness up to commissioning  – Production aspects both onshore and offshore with focus on offshore construction, commissioning, start up, normal operations, shut down, turn around maintenance  and responsible on required logistic issues of new oil/gas production facilities, ensuring that pre-commissioning, commissioning phase and start-up operations of facilities are conducted in safe, effective and efficiently manner while meeting the company target and the satisfaction of all parties.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- To act as the Person in Charge (PIC) in front of authorities for custom formalities, explosives.

- To ensure the fulfilment of importation and maximize utilization of custom facility (Masterlist) for Company and Contractors / Suppliers materials and rented equipment timely for exploration, Project Development, drilling and production operations activities.

- To prepare and update yearly importation plan (DRIB-Daftar Rencana Impor Barang) to SKK Migas as the basis for Masterlist approval process, aligned with Company activities (Exploration, Project Development, drilling or Production Operation)

- To coordinate with Government bodies for smooth planning and execution of Pre-Masterlist to socialize plan of importation, items will be imported and to have them minuted as the basis for submission of Master list.

- To work with related user Departments, Contractors/suppliers, Material Management Team, Shore base team for receptions of materials and equipment handling customs clearance formalities and payment of any duty.

- To ensure formalities process related with importation are in full compliance with internal procedures, Government of Indonesia regulations including latest revision of PTK 007 book 4.

- To manage, monitor, and coordinate all explosive permit (P1-P2-P3 Explosive Bunker Permit), transfer of ownership arrangement and post explosive utilization activity aligned with Company activities timeline

- To manage, maintain and ensure the availability of contract for all formalities and customs clearance, including explosive.

- Establish and maintain record for all formalities matter and to ensure regular report prepare and send out to respective authorities timely.

INTERNAL: Operations, Project Development, Drilling, Exploration, Procurement, Security, Government Relation, Human Resource

EXTERNAL: SKK Migas, Ditjen Migas, Customs, Ministry of Trade/Industrial and other Governmental Agencies, Agent (PPJK)

Qualifications & Experience:

 

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, business Management or related disciplines

- Professional Qualification:

•       10 (ten) years of Oil a& Gas industry experience with 5 (five) years of importation / Custom Clearance Experience

•       Organization Processes: Internal procedures, Procurement process, documentation management

•       Economics General: Economics Planning and Control, Cost Estimating / Budgeting / Cost Analysis / Control. Knowledge of fiscal aspects.

•       Compliance: Knowledge of legal aspects as Indonesian laws and contractual requirements.

- Language: Indonesian, English (fluent)
