RH Petrogas Companies in Indonesia invites qualified and experienced candidates for the position below. Candidate must be highly motivated professionals with good communication and leadership skills and attention to detail combined with pro-active and positive personality.

1. Drilling Manager

Minimum Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering from reputable university with at least 20-year experience in Oil & Gas Industries, 5 years in managerial position in Drilling function.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on drilling, completion, and work-over experience and background including depth technical and process knowledge and expertise in subsurface and surface well designs

• Proven track record of successfully applying continuous improvement to improve business results within drilling area

• Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple concurrent projects

• Strong leadership skill with ability to collaboratively lead a multi-discipline environment and team, work together with various stakeholders to deliver results.

• Solid judgment skills including strategic problem solving and decision making

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English) with outstanding presentation skills.

2. Drilling Well Intervention Supervisor

Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering with at least 15-year experience on drilling and workover operation, 5 years in Supervisory level.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience and knowledge of well design, petroleum & drilling engineering, fishing, perforating, acidizing and squeeze cementing.

• Have valid APB III Migas certification for drilling operation.

• Have valid APS Migas certification for workover operation.

• Hands-on experience and familiar with job on limestone formation

• Excellent leadership skill.

• Solid judgment skills including strategic problem solving and decision making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English).

3. Sr. Reservoir Engineer

Minimum bachelor degree graduate in Petroleum Engineering from reputable university with at least 15-year experiences in Oil & Gas Industries in related position.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in reservoir simulation and principles to solve problems and identify enhancement opportunities at mature field with carbonate reservoir, such as, exploration & development, workover, well intervention, chemical injection, water shutoff.

• Well-experienced in reservoir engineering and pattern technical practices; reservoir characterization (PVT & SCAL), analytical, pressure transient and well performance analysis, oil and gas field reserve estimation (Volumetric, DCA, MBal).

• Well-experienced in EOR processes and planning is an advantage.

• Excellent proficiency in producing Annual Reserve Report.

• Excellent proficiency in using commonly used well recognized reservoir engineering software (Petrel RE, Eclipse, TNav).

• Solid judgment skills including strategic problem solving and decision making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Indonesian and English) with outstanding presentation skills.

• Involvement in EOR project as Reservoir Simulation Engineer as an advantage

• Well-experienced in business process with related function within Government of Indonesia (SKK Migas) is an advantage.

4. Development Geologist

Minimum Bachelor degree in Geoscience with at least 7-years experiences in Oil and Gas exploration including practical hands-on geoscience work in field development studies, asset evaluation, and reservoir modelling.

Qualifications:

• Strong G&G knowledge in Structural Geology and Stratigraphic, including depositional environment in clastic and carbonate environment.

• Excellent proficiency in geological computer applications such as Petrel and Basin modeling.

• Well-experienced in planning & carrying out detail geological evaluation, interpretation, stratigraphic correlation, mapping, structural cross-section.

• Well-experienced in designing and implementing reservoir geological modelling work by conducting a systematic and an integrated reservoir study using sedimentology, facies, seismic information and petrophysical data.

• Capable of providing technically sound evaluation and proposals for discovered fields and near fields potential.

• Involved in development of mature oil field with broad knowledge in carbonate reservoir as an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in 3D static modelling as Geomodeller

• Involvement in EOR project as Geomodeller/Development Geologist is an advantage

• Well-experienced in business process with related function within Government of Indonesia (SKK Migas).
