PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators; 8 Positions

PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators is a leading constructor of oil and gas platforms in Indonesia. To date, the company has successfully completed more than 100 offshore structures such as production, compression, wellhead platforms/modules and jackets.

Currently we are urgently looking for motivated person and target progress oriented to join our team for the positions below:

1. T&I Pipeline Manager

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Senior T&I Pipeline Engineer in offshore oil & gas facilities projects specifically related to T&I pipeline engineering design, fabrication, installation, hook up and commissioning support for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities;

• Held the position or experience as T&I Pipeline Manager responsible for the pipeline design in at least 3 years;

• Fluent in English both oral & written.

2. Senior Contract Engineer (Change Order Specialist)

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Senior Contract Engineer in Oil & Gas Company;

• Able to coordinate, manage and control the entire process of contract administration and ensure the project is based on the Company’s contract position;

• Strong cost analysis and reporting on all work performed on the scope of the project;

• Able to manage change orders and claims process;

• Detect (anticipate with project and estimating team) variations & change to the contract, follow up claims and final account until settlement and contract close out;

• Familiar with the engineering project progress along with the required deliverables to achieve the milestones target;

• Fluent in English both oral & written.

3. Hook Up Engineer

• Minimum 7 years of experience as Hook Up Engineer in offshore oil & gas facilities projects specifically related to installation, hook up and commissioning support for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities;

• Able to ensure compliance to HSE requirement during execution;

• Able in preparation, planning, coordination, supervision and execution, including marine operations related to the modification, hook up, site pre-commissioning, assistant for commissioning and punch list close out;

• Able to identify and built the hook up team dedicated to the performance of the hook up;

• Fluent in English both oral & written.

4. Pre-commissioning/Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical, Instrument/Telecom, Electrical, Piping)

• Each discipline for 1 position i.e Mechanical Precom./Com. Engineer; Instrument/Telecom Precom./Com. Engineer; Electrical Precom./Com. Engineer and Piping Precom./Com. Engineer;

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in offshore oil & gas facilities projects; familiar with RFC (Ready for Commissioning) and RFSU (Ready for Start Up) dossier;

• Familiar with precommissioning & commissioning discipline database, precommissioning & commissioning executive activity, operational test procedure;

• Fluent in English both oral & written.

5. Engineers (Instrument, Mechanical, Structural)

• Each discipline for 1 position i.e Instrument Engineer; Mechanical Engineer; Structural Engineer.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in offshore oil & gas facilities projects specifically related to engineering design, fabrication & construction. Understanding in installation, hook up and commissioning support for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities is an advantage;

• Proficient in use engineering software for design and analysis system;

• Fluent in English both oral & written.

6. Electrical/Instrument Coordinator

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in oil & gas facilities projects specifically related to fabrication & construction;

• Able to handle E/I construction as per approved engineering design;

• Fluent in English both oral & written.

7. Welding Superintendent

• Bachelor Degree in Material/Metallurgy from reputable university;

• Minimum 10 years of relevance experience in oil & gas facilities projects specifically related to fabrication & construction;

• Hold Welding Certificate from IIW, IWE & CSWIP is a must;

• Able to determine and calculate the type of welding wire needs to be used for each project;

• Able to make an evaluation of each outcome welding technology for the development and provision of WPS/PQR more optimum and efficient for production;

• Perform corrective action for any deviations/problems that occur in welding work;

• Strong analysis and evaluation of irregularities/defects and perform welding repairs steps to not happen in the future;

• Fluent in English both oral & written.

8. Project  Control Engineer

• Having experience min. 5 years as Project Control on large construction Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas Projects;

• Able to make progress table & work statement;

• Familiar with the engineering project progress along with the required deliverables to achieve the milestones target;

• Fluent in English both oral & written.

a. All the positions must possess education at least Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline from reputable university;

b. Fluent in English both oral & written;

c. Willing to be assigned at Head Office-Jakarta; Yard Office-Cilegon and Onshore/Offshore Project as required;

d. Detail oriented, strong leadership, high integrity, responsible and able to work under pressure;

e. Can join immediately.
