Job Descriptions

Running all Project activities by the mine plan/target company and controlling all the resources (human, tools, budgets, and infrastructure) existing in the Project to fulfill the demand for the production of clients that will deliver output to the company in the form of profit and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining engineering

• Having experience in same position minimum 5 years / 16 years in mining operation

• Male, maximum 45 years

• Have POU certification is a must

• Having excellent experience mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, PIT service management, Operation Management, Project Cost Estimation, Mine Geology, HSE procedure, HRD procedure

• Able to work with a deadline

• Have good communication & attention to detail

• Fluent English is preferred

MAINTENANCE TRAINER

Job Descriptions

Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching, and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project by the curriculum, HSE standards, and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel by the competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance targets dept.

Qualifications

• Minimal Education: Vocational High School with a major in Electrical / Mechanical.

• Has to work experience min 3 years in the same field.

• Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.

• Understand mining procedures, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.

• Having a TOT certificate is a must.

• Having good communication

SUPPORT & FACILITY - TEAM LEADER (SPV LEVEL)

Job Descriptions

Manage, supervise, and report verbally and in writing on all MDT maintenance activities (schedule maintenance) in the project within the scope of supervision as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment based on the direction of the supervisor and the schedule/planning made by the planner within the budget constraints, procedures and HSE standards applicable to support the achievement of target PA, MTBF, and MTFR units and support the smooth running of mining operations.

Qualifications

• Vocational High School/Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering

• Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 3 years ( Bachelor degree )

Job Descriptions

Master Mechanical Trainer is responsible for providing technical skill and knowledge of HEMM equipment through different modes of training like classroom, practical equipment training & field training in the mines area, to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the equipment maintenance among the technical staffs.

Qualifications

• Minimal Education: Vocational High School with a major in Electrical / Mechanical.

• Has work experience min 10 years in the same field.

• Has experience minimum of 5 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.

• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, HEMM component manufacturing & machining process, Total productive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance.

• Having a TOT certificate is a must.
