About Us :

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

1. Supply Chain Management Manager

Qualifications :

• Male, minimum 40 years old

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent

• Fluent in English and Mandarin is more preferable

• Having minimum 10 Years experience in the related field and at least 4 years experience in the same position

• Having experiences and knowledge about the procedure of supply chain (purchasing, logistics, transportation and exim) in mining company/smelter/construction/mining contractor company is more preferable.

• Proficient in Export-Import Regulation, Trade Finance, Costum Clearance, PIB and PEB Module, L/C, Bank Guarantee Experience

• Have PPJK certificate

Job Descriptions :

• Establish communication and cooperation with customs and government agencies related to export and import

• Making SOP of Supply Chain Management include purchasing, logistics and EXIM Procedure for head office and site

• Coordinate with warehouse and smelter area to discharge process of goods/import contents.

• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.

• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.

• Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Communicate and coordinate with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule

• Negotiating and arranging contracts with suppliers

• Carry out the vendor selection process in accordance with the company's needs

• Monitor the overall performance of supply chain employees to ensure that the supply chain department work targets are achieved

• Train and manage supply chain teams

2. Engineering Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Male 29 – 38 Years Old

• Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering/ Geology/Geodetic Engineering)

• Minimal 4 years experience as Supervisor in related field

• Having experience in Mining/ smelter/ construction field more preferable.

• Having the ability to handle survey, design plan, cut and fill, and construction

• Understanding Engineering Procedure

• Understanding Mining Industrial Tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Mining Programs (Surpac, ArcGis, AutoCAD, Minescape) and others design program

• Attention to detail for analyzing and reporting

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 : 2 roster system.

Job Descriptions :

• Ensuring the performance of the Engineers is in accordance with the Work Operational Standards (SOP) that have been regulated by law so that the process of working on all technical related fields is in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI)

• Minimizing the level of accidents in the field by paying attention to aspects related to the scope of work.

3. Engineering Staff

Qualifications :

• Male, maximum 28 years old

• Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering/ Geology/Geodetic Engineering)

• Minimal 1 years experience in Mining/ smelter/ construction field more preferable.

• Having the ability to do survey, design plan, cut and fill, construction also budget plan estimation

• Understanding Mining Industrial Tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Mining Programs (Surpac, ArcGis, AutoCAD, Minescape) and others design program

• Attention to detail for implementation and supervision

• Multitasking

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10 : 2 roster system.

Job Descriptions

• Supervise the field project process through data obtained in the field

• Create a Long Term or Short Term Progress Plan

• Make Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report

• Compile data files

• Processing Data from the Field Survey

• Ensure the tools used by the Indonesian National Standard (SNI)

4. Project Engineering Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male, 29 – 38 Years Old

• Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Environmental Engineering

• Having experience in a smelter company/waste treatment industry

• Understand hazardous waste treatment the utilization

• Have experience in the field of wastewater treatment and can make process designs

• Mastering the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Environmental & Social Performance Standards (IFC)

• Understand of Complaince Management Databased company

• Understand the development of laws and regulations related to the environment

• Having the ability to develop short-term and long-term strategy divisions

• Used to work in research and statistics

• Having strong analytical skills in technical and non-technical aspects

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCad.

Job description :

• Actively involved in making feasibility studies and business process in a company project

• Assist in developing the company's sustainability strategy

• Create design and implement the company's strategic business plan based on environmental management

• Create monthly operational performance reports and achievements in detail and can be understood.

5. XRF Engineer Staff

Qualifications :

• Male, Maximum 29 Years Old

• Bachelor of Engineering/related field

• Minimum 2 years experience as XRF Engineer

• Having the ability to maintain and repair XRF Instruments

• Proficient in Spectra Element and Spectra Plus Application

• Having the ability to do calibration method on XRF Instruments

• Understand of laboratorium process and workflows

• Having the ability to train the laboratorium team to handle XRF maintenance operations.

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10 : 2 Roster System.

• Domiciled in Sulawesi, Maluku, and Kalimantan more preferable

Job Descriptions :

• Ensure XRF instruments are in top performance

• Ensure the results of XRF analysis in high accuracy and precision

• Create Schedule of XRF Instrument maintenance

• Create and provide periodic reports on Quality Control instruments, either weekly or monthly

• Planning and inventory of spare parts needed for maintenance or repair

• Provide couching and training to the laboratory team

• Coordinate of tasks and analytical activities in the Laboratory

• Carry out maintenance system calibration of testing instruments and the availability of testing equipment

• Improve personal competence

• Control and maintain the validity of standards, inspection and test methods.

6. Operation Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industry, Mining, Geology or related field)

• Male, Maximum 38 years old

• Having Minimum 5 years experience in Mining Industry or Mining Contractor Company (more preferable)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills

• Strong motivation to solve problem.

• Work well both independent or in a team, persistent, capable to work under pressure and detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint), Autocad and Maping Application (Arcgis,Google Earth, etc)

• Willing to take a business trip/visit siti to Ketapang (West Kalimantan)

• Willing to be placed in sister company.

• Work Location in Jakarta Office.

Job Descriptions :

• Develop plan and implement all strategy from the Project Manager for all operational activities

• Establish cooperation between the company and vendors and ensure that all contractor and subcontractor activities on the site run well

• Become a liaison between Site and Management regarding the operational needs at site (heavy equipment, fuel, barges, etc)

• Evaluate operational work on site (e.g. heavy equipment proforma)

• Provide technical data or technical reports for both internal and external needs

• Coordinate the activities and responsibilities of subordinates in the scope of operations, both Head Office and Site

• Control and report to General Manager on the results of activities that carried out by the operational division

• Establish communication with government related to operational permits such as location permits, environmental permits, LKPM, etc

• Supervise the process of operational activities and work on site and in the head office.

7. Operation Staff

Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Engineering (Industry, Mining, Geology or related field)

• Male, Maximum 28 years old.

• Having Minimum 1 – 2 year Experience as Operation Staff in Mining Industry or Mining Contractor Company (more preferable)

• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills

• Strong motivation to solve problem

• Work well both independent or in a team, persistent, capable to work under pressure and detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint), Autocad and Maping application (Arcgis,Google Earth, etc)

• Willing to travel (Ketapang jobsite)

• Willing to be placed in sister company

• Work Place in Jakarta Office.

Job Descriptions :

• Create daily, weekly and monthly (technical and non-technical) reports

• Collecting and checking field data such as HM Heavy Equipment, Fuel, Daily production reports, etc

• Create reports for external needs, both private and government institutions

• Support the implementation of survey activities on site such as Hauling, Water Survey, etc

• Become a liaison between the vendor (heavy equipment, etc) with the company

• Able to manage and make correspondence related to licensing and legality in government agencies

• Checking the validity period of permits and preparing documents related to the permit extension process such as location permits, environmental permits, LKPM, etc.

8. Legal Staff

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, Maximum 28 Years Old

• A law degree with strong academic record from reputable university

• Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability (provide IELTS/TOEFL certificate will be an advantage).

• The ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.

• A personable manner, teachable, adaptable and ability to work in a team.

• highly adaptable and curious in increasing/absorb knowledge and business sense

• Legal knowledge of mining law, shipping law, and general corporate.

• Able to work under pressure and on tight schedule.

• Preferably having experience in law firm within the last 2 (two) years

9. Legal SPV

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, Maximum 38 Years Old

• A law degree with strong academic record from reputable university.

• Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability

• Having good drafting, speaking, and listening skill; able to manage itself and having experience in managing people (sub-ordinate)

• Having communication skills ie intra department or with third parties such as vendors, external counsel , etc

• Having lawyering experiences or in-house with similar business line

• Able to work smart both in team and individually

• Teachable and curious in increasing/absorbing knowledge and business sense

• Highly inisiative, having good manner and behavior

10. IT

Qualification :

• D3 Information Technology, Information Systems / similar

• Have experience Minimum 3 years as IT in mining company

• Male, Minimum age 26-30 years

• Have Computer Mastery Ability (Hardware and Software)

• Have the Ability to Troubleshooting Hardware and Software

• Understand windows server, linux server, mikrotik and computer network.

• Passive spoken and written English.

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10 : 2 Roster System.

• Domiciled in Sulawesi, Maluku, and Kalimantan more preferable

Job Description :

• Troubleshooting hardware and software as well as computer networks.

• Perform network installation.

• Setting up printers, attendance machines, internet network settings.

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
