1.  CONTRACT ENGINEER

Requirements :

•  Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline from a reputable local or foreign university duly recognized.

•  At least 5 years of experience as Contract Engineer in Oil & Gas Project.

•  Having experience in management of contractual relationships with Client throughout the entire contract lifecycle.

•  Having experience in negotiating, evaluating, interpreting, and implementing contractual documents.

•  Expert in giving advise to Project Management Team about the Bank Guarantees, Bonds, Warranty issues and Insurance requirement as per the Contract and follow up.

•  Experience in Preparation/Review of the Claims, Change/Variation notification and follow up for the Variation/Change Proposal.

•  Detail oriented, creative, efficient & high integrity

•  Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.

•  Has a good sense of responsibility and decision-making.

•  Able to join immediately.

•  Domiciled in Indonesia.

•  Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.

2.  ADMIN STAFF

Requirements :

•  Min. Diploma Degree or equivalent

•  At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area

•  Proven admin or assistant experience

•  Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

•  Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

•  Attention to detail and problem solving skills

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•  Strong organizational and planning skills

•  Familiar in using computer & proficient in MS Office

3.  IT SUPPORT

Requirements :

•  For IT Support : Min. 24 years old.

•  Bachelor Degree of Computer Science / Information Engineering.

•  At least 5 years of experience in the same field & position.

•  Having knowledge on networking wired and wireless, router, and/or.

•  Having knowledge on AD, AV, VM, Backup Server and/or.

•  Having knowledge on PABX/PBX, Radio, VSAT.

•  Having knowledge on troubleshooting and basic networking.

•  Have good communication and able to work hard.

•  Able to speak English.

•  Able to work on Documentation.

Requirements :

•  For Manager level :

-  Bachelor degree or Master degree of Engineering from reputable university.

-  Minimal 10 years experience in the same field in EPCI / Construction for Oil & Gas projects.

-  Having experience in project planning, scheduling planning meetings and progress check-ins, estimating and monitoring project costs, sticking to a budget, and reviewing project quality.

•  For Non-Manager level :

-  Diploma or Bachelor degree of Engineering, minimal 5 years experiences in the same field and position.

-  Must have experience in EPCI / Construction for Oil & Gas projects.

-  Understanding of project cost control fundamentals with analytical skills and experience in financial analysis, modeling and budgeting methodologies

-  Ability to analyze and interpret complex data

-  Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits

-  Advanced MS Excel skills

-  Quality focused with acute attention to detail

-  Strong communication and influencing skills

•  Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.

Requirements :

•  Engineering or Mechanical back ground with 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas Project.

•  For Manager :

-  Min. 10 years experiences in Oil & Gas project as a Yard QAQC Manager or Project QAQC Manager for EPC contractor.

-  Holding ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate by IRCA.

-  Good knowledge in Welding, Coating, Materials, NDT & applicable code such as ASTM, ASME, NACE, AWS & ISO, EN, etc.

•  For Welding Inspector, Coordinator : Holding International CSWIP 3.1 and NDT ASNT level II certificate.

•  For Welding Engineer  : Holding International Welding Engineer certificate.

•  Good knowledge in materials, welding consumables and applicable code such as API 2A, API 1104, AWS D1.1, ASME, ASTM, etc.

•  Having experience with EPC contractor for platform Construction and Pipeline.

•  Strong leadership and communication skills.

•  Good organizational and administrative skills.

•  Able to join immediately.
