PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia is currently holding participating interest in 8 blocks across Indonesia, with 4 of them already in the production stage. Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:
Manager/Team Lead positions:
1. Operations & Well Maintenance Manager
Responsible to strategise, plan, and drive the management as well as the implementation of well intervention and well integrity operations in maximising well availability to enable a prolonged, continuous and safe production in achieving the maximum recovery of developed oil reserves which will later contribute to the overall target and objective as per Work Program & Budget (WPB). This will also be in line with the industry standards and practices, the company’s Procedures and Guidelines for Upstream Activities (PPGUA), Upstream Inspection Maintenance Assurance Guideline (U-IMAGe), Well Risk Management (WRM), and the host government’s regulations.
2. Security Service Manager
Responsible to strategise and lead the management of security services for Indonesia operations through a comprehensive security plan, implementation, and effective working relationships with the communities and authorities in order to develop and sustain a harmonious working atmosphere, prevent losses or disturbances, and ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations to achieve maximum return to stakeholders.
3. Infrastructure, Communication, Security, End User Support Team Leader
Responsible to lead the formulation and implementation of telecommunication technology (ICT) services through a comprehensive execution of ICT plan, operations, maintenance, and upgrading in order to achieve maximum return to stakeholders and business.
4. Front End Specialist
Responsible to drive, control and supervise, implement and track the development strategy of Area Development Plan, Field Development Plan and surveillance activities which focusing on Front End Engineering towards maximizing value, ensuring sustainability, cost optimization and schedule enhancement on projects development and asset acquisition whilst protecting Company’s interest and value.
Senior officer positions:
5. Senior PSC Management Officer
Responsible to provide the necessary commercial expertise to support the operationalisation of petroleum arrangements such as PSCs, Sales Purchase Agreements, GSAs, commercial arrangement negotiator, and perform the economic evaluation of PSC project proposals to ensure decision making is made based on sound recommendations. Incumbent will also be required to negotiate commercial arrangement on behalf of the company.
Requirement:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the upstream oil and gas business, particularly the technical processing operations and with a demonstrated experience in a number of upstream oil and gas functions (Exploration, Subsurface, Facilities, Finance, Business Development, Legal, Marketing, Economics)
- Good knowledge of the regulatory processes and commercial law
- Both operated and non-operated joint venture experiences are considered as an advantage
- Understanding of the commercial aspects of product marketing (gas and oil), crude oil valuations, risks, and value assessments
6. Senior Production Technologist
Responsible to execute the production enhancement plan, strategy, and activities during field life cycle across the phases of Exploration, Development, Production and abandonment in order to produce, optimise, and monetise the petroleum resources, as well as to achieve optimum hydrocarbon production and reserves exploitation, and maximise value return and sustainable business growth.
7. Senior Reservoir Engineer
Responsible to carry out a reservoir engineering technical evaluation through Life-of-Field (LOF) reservoir engineering evaluation and services in a conceptual and full Field Development Plan (FDP), Full Field review (FFR), reservoir management, reserves addition, Annual Review of Petroleum Resources (ARPR), and subsurface related activities in order to monetise, achieve optimum hydrocarbon production and reserves exploitation, as well as to maximise value return and sustainable business growth in line with the company’s current and future business requirement in field appraisals, development, and production.
8. Senior Stakeholder Management Officer (Based in Gresik)
Responsible to manage and coordinate the implementation of Stakeholder Management Plan including CSR, engagement sessions, and other Officials/External Relations activities to ensure effective relationship with all stakeholders, both externally and internally in order to promote and enhance the company’s image as well as to minimise possible social disturbances to the company’s operations as well as supporting the Country Strategy and Initiatives.
Officer position:
9. Financial Accountant
Responsible to prepare Financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and other required documents which in line with PETRONAS Group Accounting Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, and International Accounting Standards (“IAS”) for statutory, taxation and management requirements. Experience in an audit firm will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience (for manager/team lead position/specialist), a minimum of 8 years relevant working experience (for senior officer position), and a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience (for officer positions) in oil & gas industry. All candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
