Personnel Data Maintainer Specialist

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Manage inspection task, analyze report and develop recommendation; coordinate and supervise field execution performed by contractor; perform QA/QC for inspection report acceptance.

• Manage inspection report in Data Management System.

• Close coordination with Reliability Engineering and Maintenance Team for Equipment Inspection (ITPM) and Maintenance Program

Qualification:

• Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2.75  in electrical, mechanical, instrumental engineering.

• Minimum 4 years working experience within Oil and Gas Industry with HES related roles and responsibility, or more than 7 years working experience in HES roles within other industries.

• Has strong knowledge of equipment operation/reliability and or technical design parameters associated fixed and rotating equipment.

• Familiar with asset integrity and reliability processes.

• Experience in facilitating and influencing leaders of diverse functional work groups.

Planning Specialist

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Support and facilitate operation & maintenance team in preparing business planning process for both internal (Chevron IndoaAsia) and external (SKK Migas) stakeholders.

• Provide analysis, forecast and summary of plan versus actual monthly operating expense from complex activities within O&M Team.

• Compile regular & non-regular reports from various types of data source or database (operational or financial) for leadership / management level.

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00  in electrical, mechanical, instrument or process engineering.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in oil & gas industry.

• Have strong analytical thinking and decision analysis process base on statistical tool (normal distribution, pareto or sensitivity factor).

• Excellent in data analysis and reporting using pivot table and spreadsheet functions (SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.).

• Have experience in cost engineering in several projects.

• Have knowledge in database relationship at Enterprise Level using JDE, SAP or other platform/proprietary system.

• Familiar with business planning process and document in oil & gas (WP&B or AFE).

• Conduct safety operation assurance process to all workforces and leaders to drive fluency implementation of safe work practices, programs, and all related operating excellence processes.

• Analyze safety operation assurance data to find improvement opportunities & prepare data/report to related stakeholders to facilitate focus improvement effort.

• Provide and manage coaching and facilitate safety improvement project.

Qualification:

• Minimum experience 4 years  or more of relevant experiences especially in oil and gas industry.

• Minimum bachelor degree with GPA: 2.75 in engineering, health environment safety (HES), K3.

• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and influence a diverse personnel in the field and other functional area.

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the reliability and availability of all Mechanical Rotating Equipment in Operation facilities.

• Supervise maintenance tasks for Mechanical Equipment (Pumps, Gas Compressor, Engine, air compressor, fin fan cooler, etc), such as: trouble shooting, corrective work, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.

• Manage & maintain Mechanical Equipment materials/spare parts availability and ensure meet spec quality.

• Troubleshooting and repairing of Mechanical Equipment problems at field.

• Diagnose symptom of Mechanical Equipment problems and come up with good solution.

• Follow the applicable oil & gas industry best maintenance concepts and practices including International Standard (API, IEC, ISA, ANSI, etc) for the implementation to meet the best systematic approaches.

Qualification:

• Diploma degree (D3) with GPA: 2.75  in mechanical/mechatronics.

• Minimum 4 years with 3 years experience in maintenance and/or mechanical rotating equipment projects in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.

• Experience with field mechanical rotating equipment (i.e. centrifugal pump, reciprocating pump, gas compressor, reciprocating engine, air compressor, fin fan cooler, and rotating equipment in general, etc.)

• Excellent in the latest mechanical engineering technology.

• Have safety leadership in managing safe work (MSW) processes and effectively communicate.

• Experience in generating SOPs, work permits and other permit/guidance related to maintenance and/or project (i.e. JSA, JHA).

• Facilitate and administer internal operations & Maintenance technical training and certification including module development, manages internal certification data, prepare team reporting.

• Manage and monitor the implementation of lifting & rigging personnel competency improvement program for operator & rigger personnel and act as subject matter expert in lifting & rigging.

• Manage and facilitate motor vehicle safety (MVS) training implementation to ensure the competency of drivers to prevent accident.

Qualification:
