Analyst - Bekasap

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to Bekasap team to arrest field decline rates and unlocking reserves potential in the  Bekasap, Petani, Pematang, Ampuh and Kopar fields.

• Provide technical support to reservoir/waterflood management review, proactive workovers,  production forecasting, implementing energy savings opportunities, identifying and maturing cost saving opportunities and sub-surface integrity. 

Qualification:

• Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2.75 in petroleum or chemical engineering.

• Have minimum 4 years of working experience, including 2 years in oil and gas upstream/downstream business.

• Good understanding of petroleum engineering fundamentals, production operations, workovers, completions, rig less interventions, artificial lift, well integrity, decline analysis, and forecasting.

• Good knowledge on waterflood operation is a plus.

• Excellent computer skills including data mining, excel macros/VBA, spotfire, and data loading.

• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill.

• Excellent in establishing effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization.

Analyst - Heavy Oil Drainage

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to Heavy Oil Drainage team to mature, prioritize, and execute reservoir optimization related opportunities.

• Provide support to evaluate pattern oil drainage in a steam flood environment looking for opportunities and develop and write program for pump upsize/downsize, cyclic steaming, rig less acid stimulations, and proactive workovers.

• Work collaboratively with Heat team, IODSC, Asset Development Team, and Workover Rig teams.

• Engage with operations on production loss resolution efforts as required.  Review and resolve well based subsurface integrity related issues.

Qualification:

• Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2.75 in petroleum or chemical engineering.

• Have minimum 4 years of working experience, including 2 years in oil and gas upstream/downstream business.

Analyst - Measurement

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Provide key engineering and/or analytical support to Operations, Maintenance, Facilities Engineering and Assets Development teams.

• Responsible for monitoring and analysis of well testing .

• Works closely with field operations, maintenance, facility engineering, integrated operation's decision support center and asset development team to support well testing improvement, well test compliance and well test accuracy.

• May support or make recommendations on changes to well testing facilities and system in coordination with Facility Engineering and Information Technology team.

Qualification:

• Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2.75  in instrument engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in oil and gas upstream/downstream business.

• Has strong knowledge of well testing operation and technical design parameters associated with measurement equipment.

• Familiar with automatic well testing, manual well testing and portable well testing processes.

• Experience with data manipulation and software platforms that support analysis (MS. Excel, PL/SQL, IT/SCADA tags, PowerBI, XHQ, Wonderware).

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic programming as well as computer literacy.

• Experience in facilitating and influencing leaders of diverse functional work groups.

• Experience mentoring field personnel on reliability indicators of failures, data analysis, trending, and other reliability related work processes.

• Running a production and injection allocation process cycle.

• Maintaining data of oil, condensate, fuel, gas, water, and steam in database.

• Maintaining application of production, stock, and lifting.

• Preparing and submit production and operations reports to corporate and government of Indonesia.

Qualification:

• Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2.75  in information technology or petroleum engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in oil and gas upstream/downstream business.

• Experience with Oracle Database and Structured Query Language.

• Experience with production allocation application, for instance, energy component will be an advantage.

• Support the opportunity optimization and development process, providing support to PE & ES in the following areas:  production/reserves forecasting, project management, completion design, IPSO, economics, infill concept development, lookbacks, cost management, POP's, generate POD's/POFD's.

• The core responsibilities are development and maintenance of analytical tools and databases for engineering and earth science.

Qualification:

• Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2.75 in the area of engineering.

• Have minimum 5 years of working experience in the well development and optimization activity.

• Excellent computer skills including data mining, excel macros/VBA, spotfire, and data loading.

• Good knowledge and to do simple analytical analysis with the Petrotechs.

• As Single Person of Contact (SPOC), manage materials needed to support assigned team by using AMP (Annual Materials Planning).

• Work with user to develop AMP, generate purchase request form - 002, and obtain user leader approval),

• Work with Materials Management team to execute Purchase Request in Ariba system,

• Monitor purchasing and contracting progress and analyze all process.

• Familiar with materials and its substitution for operations & maintenance activities and also replacement of some parts in the market.

Qualification:

• Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2.75 in all engineering.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas company, with relevant experience in handling material subject.

• Able to operate tool for materials procurement process, such as ARIBA and JDE system.

Asset Retirement Specialist

• Manage the asset retirement and write-off process for both fixed and non-fixed assets. 

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders, provide follow up, and progress pf the write-off proposal to various Government of Indonesia (GOI) institutions including SKK Migas, PPBMN Ministry of ESDM, DJKN Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of State Secretary (SekNeg) as necessary. 

• Manage the progress monitoring of write-off process.

• Ensure timely respond to the GOI inquiries or concerns.

• Ensure proper document handling and housekeeping.

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor degree with minimum GPA 2.75 in all education background.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in oil and gas industry, with 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Coordinator Plant - Electrical Power

• Supervise and coordinate Operation & Maintenance activities specifically on PGT- Power Plan Asset facilities (Gas Turbine, Control Room, Yard).

• Experience minimum 4 years working as drilling and completion engineer, drilling operations and knowledge of well design and operational execution.

Drilling & Work Over Well Service Representative

• Managing day-to-day drilling/workover/well service operation activities of rig contractor personnel and business partners to execute the approved well program in a safe and efficient manner.

• Ensure well program execution as per applicable standards/requirements. Identify potential deviation and ensure all required processes are followed prior to continue the operation.

• Working in a team environment to ensure the safety of all personnel on location and compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Provide accurate daily reports and cost controls.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree and above with minimum GPA: 3.0 in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, and chemical engineering.

• Have  minimum 5 years of working experience in Drilling and Completion related operations.

• Experience working as drilling engineering / completion engineering or drilling & workover supervisor would be an advantage / preferred.
