10. SENIOR ENGINEER PROCESS, AUTOMATION, CONTROL & OPTIMIZATION
JOB ROLES
• Provide extensive knowledge of HSE in design requirements and how to apply into facilities to prevent major accident events; utilize his/her experiences to design, installation, commissioning and operation of Safety Integrated System; provide knowledge and experiences to design, installation, commissioning and operation of Fire and Gas detection system; review electrical equipment and its installation, inspection, maintenance of such equipment in hazardous areas; utilize his/her experiences to design and implement appropriate tools to achieve functional safety through design to operation phases.
• Provide extensive knowledge on Process control basics (i.e. control loops, types; utilize experiences in design, implementation, testing and operation of Process; provide knowledge and experiences in design, implementation, testing and operation of Distributed Control System including Fieldbus and Profibus and Cyber Security Control System strategies, loop tuning, etc.); provide extensive knowledge and experiences in operating control for rotating equipment and package equipment.
• Provide extensive knowledge on field measurement devices including level, pressure, temperature and flow and control valves and actuators; utilize knowledge and experiences for field instrumentation inspection requirements and implementation; utilize experiences of design, installation, testing, commissioning and operation for Metering system; utilize experiences of design, installation, testing, commissioning and operation for Quality Measurement Instrument.
• Review all process automation, control & optimisation specification, data sheets, Request for Quotations, and Technical Bid Evaluations provided by Contractor to ensure each equipment meets process design and performance requirements.
• Review, and provide process automation, control & optimisation engineering input on risk assessment for FPSO Facilities.
• Review, and provide process automation, control & optimisation engineering input on RAM assessment for FPSO Facilities.
• Ensure to apply technology best practices during designing and selecting the equipment and materials, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to Contractor.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Process Control Engineer in the oil & gas industry. This will include experience in safety system design, process control design, field measurement and monitoring design.
• At least 2 years of which shall be experience in supervisory position and/or Company representative.
11. SENIOR ENGINEER ELECTRICAL (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Provide a technical knowledge for electrical system design criteria and installation specification; define power system modeling requirements, modify or build a system model incorporating data sheet and equipment parameter; translate modeling output to define equipment requirements and to identify mismatch between equipment ratings and calculated parameters; provide a detailed understanding and expertise for designing and specifying tests for instrumentation and electrical systems; provide a detailed understanding for maintenance processes and procedures to maintain electrical system integrity and for troubleshooting.
• Provide technical knowledge in detail for static electricity safety practice; provide technical knowledge for criteria to be considered for EX equipment selection and major factors affecting EX equipment; specify requirements for purging and ventilation systems to be used at given area classification; develop inspection and maintenance program for electrical systems in accordance with area classification; perform or review outcome of power system modeling software to identify arc flash and other safety related matters.
• Provide technical knowledge for power generation system, auxiliary function, operation, monitoring and maintenance requirements; create power generation specification based on loads and process requirements including load shedding scheme; design backup power supply systems with regards to system criticality and develop UPS specification based on load lists; develop and review black start philosophy and power restoration procedures; develop inspection and maintenance program including spares management for power generation systems and UPS.
• Provide technical knowledge for transformer, auxiliary function, operation, monitoring and maintenance requirements; provide expertise to develop design requirements for transformers and auxiliary; review vendor documents, drawings and data sheets; develop or review inspection and maintenance program including spares management for electrical power transformers.
• Develop documentation which describes generators’ synchronization control, load sharing principles, network shedding sequence and those control techniques; develop or review EMS operation and maintenance procedures and troubleshooting activities; implement maintenance program including spares management for electrical management system.
• Provide a detailed understanding for testing the reliability of different types of electrical equipment; demonstrate technical knowledge of different tools and approaches for testing mechanical and electronic components and those interactions; develop or review process and procedure to improve plant reliability from an electrical perspective.
• Review all electrical specification, data sheets, Request for Quotations, and Technical Bid Evaluations provided by Contractor to ensure each equipment meets process design and performance requirements.
• Review, and provide electrical engineering input on risk assessment for FPSO Facilities.
• Review, and provide electrical engineering input on RAM assessment for FPSO Facilities.
• Ensure to apply technology best practices during designing and selecting the equipment and materials, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to Contractor.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Electrical engineering experiences are required.
• At least 2 years of which shall be experience in supervisory position and/or Company representative.
12. SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT ENGINEERING (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Work with Contractor to Demonstrate HSE risk is ALARP; Manage Compliance to HSE Requirements Per Jurisdiction; Manage Compliance to Permitting Requirements.
• Review and Manage Contractor Project Risk Assessment & Analysis; review Project Execution Strategy and Plans; develop Stakeholders Interfaces Management Plan; administer Engineering Schedule; monitor and check Implemented Resource Plan; review Quality Control / Assurance Plan; review Completions, Handover, and Closeout plan.
• Monitor and Manage Front End Engineering/Detailed Design Performance and Progress including Schedule, Cost and Quantities; monitor the Implementation of Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, etc.); Support Project Cost Estimates and Quantities Development.
• Advise residence engineering team with respect to day to day issues, analyze look ahead plan and mitigate any potential issues ahead of time.
• Coordinating Residence Team activities, ensuring that the contract milestones are met, the work complies with all relevant government and international legislation, and is meeting or exceeding COMPANY’s technical, cost and HSE expectations.
• Assist Residence Team Manager with project planning, monitoring progress, conducting audits and reviews, and ensuring that sufficient CONTRACTOR resources are available to meet Project Objectives.
• Liaise and seek clarification with COMPANY Central Team on regular basis and as needed, Provide progress update of overall FEED work.
• Provide input for project tenders in the FEED phases and provide FPSO project engineering technical inputs and evaluation to EPCI tender proposal submitted by prospective contractors/ vendors.
• Monitor any change and/ or deviation of elements, specification, process, system and others that are proposed in the each of FEED phases, implementation of company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/ or deviation for project engineering meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related field, and ideally be PMP certified or professionally registered or chartered as an engineer with a recognized engineering body.
• A minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
• At least 2 years of which shall be experience gained within field supervision as a COMPANY and/or CONTRACTOR representative for FEED/EPCI of FPSO/Offshore Mega Project.
13. SENIOR ENGINEER GAS EXPORT PIPELINE INSTALLATION
JOB ROLES
• Lead the GEP Team in Installation and Constructability aspects of the Gas Export Pipeline working with GEP FEED contractor. Ensure all GEP Installation deliverables align with the GEP Design Basis and Project Execution Plan and support the overall project objectives. Contribute to the pipeline design basis evolution and identify project delivery risk for the overall pipeline project. Develop and define standards and procedures for Pipeline Installation.
• Accountable for sufficient depth of installation planning relating to competitive scope, efficient execution plans, and new technology decisions during FEED. Efforts shall lead to the most competitive total installed GEP system achieving life of field functional requirements.
• Manage Constructability Workshops and ensure appropriate contributions from the appropriate disciplines.
• Responsible in the area of HSSE and risk assessment, represent GEP Installation aspects in Hazards and Effect Management Plan (HEMP) events, and active in GEP contractor HSSE and risk events.
• Manage Regulations, Permits Certificates and Classification working with GEP FEED contractor.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Deepwater subsea pipeline engineering experiences are required.
• Minimum of 1 Deep water pipeline project delivery completing EPCI.
• Has ability to be naturally driven and inquisitive to be able to deliver the best outcome possibly today.
• Has passion and self-motivation to achieve a successful project.
14. SENIOR ENGINEER RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, MAINTAINABILITY
JOB ROLES
• Define operation and maintenance requirements and functionalities to be incorporated into facility design.
• Develop inspection and maintenance plan that provides how appropriate preparation is made to ensure inspection and maintenance requirements are captured for smooth handover from Project.
• Create information management plan which defines information management requirements for operation such as real time data gathering, access to engineering and supplier data, historical production data, inspection data.
• Monitor and review RAM facilities operation best practices for product delivery related to LNG and Condensate production system.
• Review and evaluate technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of Reliability and Maintainability facilities operation that are occurred in the each of FEED/EPCI phases, its impact to facilities performance, inspection interval, inspection duration; provide technical justification and recommendation related to those aspects based on safety and environment considerations, deep analysis, and engineering philosophy/principles.
• Review, monitor and evaluate RAM facilities operation in the each of FEED/EPCI phases according to determined and agreed standards.
• Develop, propose, and evaluate management system (CMMS) in facilities operation consisting of philosophy, objective, policy, procedures, and other requirement according to standard, socialize the inspection and maintenance build and technical integration management system to related Parties and monitor its implementation by Company and/or by Contractors (Third Parties).
• Create/propose early identification and tracking system and tools for all reliability and maintenance program to be consistent with RAM assumption; develop, monitor and evaluate database of production system (Inspection, base line data, maintenance program), maintain and record data, information, and documentation related to any deviation occurrence both in Company and in Contractors.
• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED and EPCI including technical interface, technical integration, RAM integration, and others.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of Reliability/ Availability Modelling studies.
15. SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT ASSURANCE
JOB ROLES
• Manage quality throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, installation or commissioning phases of a project and define a quality requirement for contractors are, vendor inspection services.
• Coordinate the application of the internal and external auditing, assurance and peer review activities of quality and design within a project.
• Monitor and review Production System quality assurance management system applied/adopted by Company and required Standard, as well as its method such as quality manual, policy and procedures, documentation system, standards, forms, checklists, etc., develop and propose the control system if necessary and/or its revision/ improvement.
• In coordination with related department, monitor and review implementation of production system quality assurance for all FEED/EPCI project phases including required documents according to the standards; monitor any arisen issues and/or problems on the quality management system implementation, and provide recommendations and solution to solve the problems; to ensure all quality assurance requirements in the quality standards are achieved /met within the timelines.
• Develop a quality requirement for purchase order based on criticality and established specifications, codes and standards. Monitor and review non-conformance quality of production system activities based on user information and inspection results; inspect the reality of any deviations and prepare claim settlement to the respective contractors; to ensure any deviations of quality are applied with proper corrective action according to the production system project quality standards.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• Minimum 10 years’ experiences in oil and gas Industry and 8 years as Assurance Engineer.
16. HEAD INTERFACE MANAGEMENT
JOB ROLES
• Identify the types of interfaces required with different business units/functions and develop interface management plan with identifying interfaces between functions and contractors.
• Planning, identifying, documenting, scheduling, communicating, implementing, and monitoring interfaces between each projects in order to minimize conflicts between all parties involved.
• Develop and implement a procedure to manage interfaces between contractors with proposing proper tools and requirement of probity, and record notes from formal interface meetings, maintain interface register and track interface issue to close properly.
• Coordinates and supervise the process from the conceptual development stage through final construction/handing over, assuring the project is completed on time and within budget; Review Project Scope of work, Strategies, execution plan, Constructing Strategies, etc.
• Evaluates and helps determine appropriate delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project.
• Managing interfaces across multiple work streams within the INPEX Project; Provide relevant expertise within the Project in the area of the Management and, coordination across the various teams for the Project.
• Manage internal and external sources of information and interfaces according to the project scope and schedule; Represent the Project where appropriate to Contractor(s), consulting companies and service providers as appropriate to the needs of the work for all interface matters.
• Coordinate the project interface team, development of the interface strategy, interface management plan, interface management procedure, and development of the supporting tools and systems.
• Organize interfaces between INPEX Project Team and other Contractors and Clients are identified, documented and managed during all stages and phases of the project; Detailed engineering, fabrication, construction and commissioning, start-up, etc.
• Monitor and ensure that the Company performs all interface activities in accordance with its obligations under the contract. Assist in identifying, documenting, and resolving interface activities of the project team between other Contractors and Clients during the detailed engineering, fabrication, and commissioning.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• 10 years’ experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities.
17. SENIOR OPERATION & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER OLNG
JOB ROLES
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in ensuring that the design of all process system includes operation and maintenance system.
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in the development of strategy of improving facility/plants safety and operability as well operation and maintenance cycle inspection and overhaul planning system.
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in ensuring that all operation and maintenance works are carried out according to strategy, system and optimized cycle plan.
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in ensuring operation and maintenance targets are achieved.
• Develop the minimum spare part list to be kept in Warehouse and to be part of LTSA contract.
• Develop the machinery and tool list to be provided in machine shop to support reliable operations.
• Work with warehouse team to specify and develop the spare part to be kept inside warehouse, outside and preservation requirements.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and 8 years in Engineering and Maintenance organization.
