26. SENIOR ENGINEER SYSTEM ENGINEERING

JOB ROLES

• Lead the SURF FEED contractors and suppliers. This scope shall include assurance that functional requirements are achieved during FEED including efficient resolution of requirements challenge and competitive scope proposals.  Responsibility shall include sufficient quality deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project.

• Responsible in HSSE and risk assessment.  Lead SURF contractors and suppliers HSSE and risk events.

• Contribute in Interface and Risk management within the Integrated Abadi project.  

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.

• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry including Project Delivery.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Subsea Engineering.

• A minimum of at least one Deepwater Project execution of EPCI and achieving start-up and first production.

• Has depth in the area of Flow Assurance, Commissioning and Startup and Operations as well as strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.

• Has ability to be naturally driven and inquisitive to be able to deliver the best outcome possibly today. 

• Has passion and self-motivation to achieve a successful project.

27. SENIOR GEOPHYSICIST DEVELOPMENT

JOB ROLES

• Propose advanced professional expertise in the processes of setting up subsurface data acquisition strategy and planning.

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of geophysical work such as data acquisition, processing, interpretation and related analyses.

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of compiling results of geophysical studies and analyses in order to optimize the field development plan.

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of supporting well proposal:

- Provision of inputs (geophysics field study, geological modeling and surveillance data) to support well location choice.

- Preparation of well proposal and completion requirements

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of subsurface geophysical data management.

• Work with other professionals in establishing specifications for the tender process and/or vendor selections.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface studies.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry and 4 years in the areas of subsurface data acquisition, studies and/or management.

28. SENIOR PETROPHYSICIST

JOB ROLES

• Support and cooperate with professionals in the Subsurface Development in providing the petrophysics expertise in setting up subsurface data acquisition strategy and planning.

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of petrophysical work such as data acquisition, processing, interpretation and related analyses.

• Provide advanced expertise in the processes of compiling results of petrophysics studies and analyses to optimize reservoir evaluation, calculation of hydrocarbon in place, reservoir management, and field development plans.

• Provide basic expertise in supporting geological programs including provision of inputs in relation to petrophysics studies.

• In coordination with Subsurface Data Management team manage the processes of petrophysics data management.

• Work with other professionals in establishing specifications of petrophysics-related works for the tender process and/or vendor selections.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface studies or other engineering.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry and 4 years in the areas of subsurface data acquisition, processing, studies and/or management.

29. SENIOR ENGINEER PETROLEUM ENGINEERING

JOB ROLES

• Provide high level expertise in all activities related to well development.

• Provide high level expertise and work with other professionals in the Subsurface department for the development of reservoir monitoring and surveillance plan for Masela Asset.

• Provide high level expertise and conduct related activities in assuring technical integrity of all wells.

• Support the drilling department with high level petroleum engineering expertise in defining well completion requirements including subsurface data gathering.

• Provide expertise support in solving interface issues with drilling /SURF/facilities for basis of design determination.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface studies or other engineering.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry and 4 years in the areas of subsurface data acquisition, processing, studies and/or management.

30. SPECIALIST GENERAL ACCOUNTING

JOB ROLES

• Create and maintain financial transaction records for projects activities and financial services transaction record, assist invoice verification and approval status for project transaction; maintain chart of account implementation in the accounting system, conduct required cost analysis and provide solution on accounting issues; to ensure accounting records compliance to the prevailing rules and regulations and Joint Ventures/Partners agreement, and the records are valid and updated as a base of taking decision.

• Assist external accountant audit and J-SOX audit; prepare budget spending, coordinate in preparing budget variance analysis and budget status report to related department; to ensure proper control on budget expense and budget variance within tolerate range accuracy of the figures as well as proper cost allocation and accounting principle.

• Provide timely and accurate Account Payables (A/P) and Account Receivables (A/R) entry against Payment Request and outstanding of balance status and its settlement process; Assist accounting closing activities; in order to ensure financial settlement and financial books are closed timely and correctly, and general accounting reports are generated in compliance with the accounting standards.

• Conduct monthly financial closing for projects and corporate activities, asset accounting, inventory accounting, etc. to ensure financial transaction data closing in line with Company policy and procedures and accounting standard and manage qualified quarterly financial statement variance analysis report to provide variance analysis for Tokyo Head Quarter within the timeframe; propose accounting report for corporate and administrative activities and project activities; to ensure accounting report availability and submission within the timeframe and accounting report is accurate and reliable as a base of taking decision.

• Maintain asset records and monitoring system (SINAS), asset values calculation and reporting, asset movement records and security system, asset surplus and asset transferring either internally or externally (transfer to other PSC) including proposed asset write-off and disposal, maintain asset physical check both regular or impromptu; to ensure optimum asset utilization, valid asset book values information, and asset movement in line with SKK Migas rules and regulations, and Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry or public accounting.

31. MARKETING MANAGER

JOB ROLES

• Monitor, analyze and evaluate global/domestic market as well as analysis per industry; Develop and establish report regarding opportunity to sell and or distribute LNG/ Pipeline Gas; Identify potential customer/buyer for LNG/ Pipeline Gas in order to have comprehensive data and information regarding to LNG/ Pipeline Gas potential buyer and to optimize absorption of the company's production that comply with the prevailing rules and regulations, Company policy and procedures, and agreement with customer(s).

• Manage and coordinate marketing activities for assigned industry or buyer including market development, setting up pricing models, bidding models and handling risk management in order to ensure gas allocation is distributed according to the contract effectively and has a high economic value for the company and all LNG/ Pipeline Gas sales transaction comply with the prevailing rules and regulations, Company policy and procedures, and agreement with customer(s).

• Prepare, review and recommend contractual documentation standards for each industry or buyer; Review, analyze and negotiate contract and its clause with buyer; Coordinate and discuss with related department regarding contract to ensure contract comply with the prevailing rules and regulations, company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor in Marketing, Finance, Law, Economics or related discipline, including technical science and engineering. Tertiary degree in any major is preferred.

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience with at least 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry.

32. MANAGER HR

JOB ROLES

• Manage and lead Organization Design & Development activities, in (i) ensuring and improving establishment of Organization Design and Development aligned with company vision and mission, Career Development Management,  Job Administration (Job Description, Job Analysis & Job Evaluation), Employee Performance Management System (EPMS), Employee Competency Management, Talent Management, and Organization Effectiveness Programs (ii) establishing and monitoring these systems based on world-class organization practices, obtaining Top Management's approval, and acting as the champion for the initial kick-off and/or implementation, manage the development and implementation of Organization Development and recruitment policies & procedures, manage Organization Development budget in order to ensure well-arranged and cost effective.

• Manage training and people development to increase employees’ competencies in fulfilling current and future position requirement and to provide excellent candidates in accordance with Company strategic plan and target as a part of succession planning program and continuous improvement of all employees, manage the development and implementation of training and people development policies & procedures, manage training and people development budget in order to ensure effective and efficient budget utilization.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• Tertiary degree in Organization, Change Management or HR is preferred.

• Minimum 15 years of experience.

33. SPECIALIST MARKETING & TRANSPORTATION

JOB ROLES

• Review and analyze Company marketing and transportation target; review and analyze various data related to gas and crude oil market, and in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters, provide recommendations and expertise in developing supply chain optimization, pricing strategy and gas and crude oil transportation strategy.

• Review and analyze current domestic and international market condition consisting of supply and demand, fluctuation of price standards determined by international body, economic, business, industry and politics climate as well as their impact to marketing and transportation; develop and propose supply chain optimization and pricing strategy; in order to provide guidance and sufficient information in sales transactions. Provide recommendation in developing marketing and transportation formulation to attract customers and suppliers; to ensure availability of marketing and transportation formulation as initial offering to potential customers.

• Conduct sourcing customers and suppliers including their characteristics; analyze data and information and identify competitors’ strength and weaknesses, other opportunity, and provide recommendation to attract customers and suppliers; to ensure available analysis results of potential customers and suppliers and other matters to increase marketing and transportation opportunities; in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters, conduct activities to potential customers and suppliers; record activities and provide required documents in marketing process as well as finalizing transportation contracts; to ensure available potential customers and suppliers and marketing process meet Company policy and procedures.

• Review and analyze marketing process, prepare transportation contract and supporting documents completeness; review and analyze potential risk related to transportation and its respective contract, involve in negotiation of terms and conditions in marketing process, and provide solutions if any arisen issues; to ensure sales contracts and supporting documents are accomplished within the timeframe and sales contract comply to Company policy and procedures and the prevailing rules and regulations.
