Job Description

• In this role you will be responsible for managing all training activities and specific duties will include but will not be limited to creating & implementing training strategy, management of training and managing training resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university

• Min. 5 years of working experience as Training Superintendent in Mining industry, construction or other relevant company

• Having strong exposure in developing training database, and its implementation

• Be able to plan and implement competency based training and assessment in the workplace

• Hold certificate IV in training and Assessment from BNSP or relevant TOT certificates

• Excellent in English both oral and written

• Proficient in Ms. Office (word, excel, and power point)

• Be able to work at remote site

Mine Long Term Plan Manager

Job Description

• Ensure that mining operations are carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner

• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental assessments, weighing up the commercial advantages and evaluating any issues relating to sustainability

• Manage all of the technical planning activities, using complex computer software to model mine sites, and planning everything which is vital to the construction of a mine

• Oversee the construction process and manage the technical aspects of production once mine is operational

Requirements

• Graduated from reputable university, majoring in Engineering with excellent academic credentials

• Min 15 years of experience and skilled in life of mining like pit optimization, pit design, production scheduling, cost estimates with excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills

• Experience in reporting ore reserves

• Computer programming in any language highly regarded

• Knowledge of statistics

• Ideal background would include time in corporate technical services

• Previous roles at operating mine essential

• Develop and evolve an organization’s pay scale and structure

• Determine competitive wage rates and change as necessary

Requirements

• At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Handling all of needs and making Camp. Administration reports.

Pre Feasibility Study Data Lead is responsible for maintaining the data at site Tujuh Bukit, including importing, validations, QAQC, reporting, exporting, and connections for all appropriate applications. This Key Role has the responsibility of collating and safekeeping the deposit knowledge gathered through all sources, including drilling, logging, assay data, ARD data, geotech data, Corescan data, MLA, metallurgical, hydrological, seismic, and environmental, into a single house that is easily accessible.

• Possesses advice technical skill within a maintenance
