1. Position: Operations Assurance Engineer for Subsea Services
Employment Status: 1 year contract subject to project extension.
Requirement:
• 8-10 years subsea experience is essential.

Main Accountabilities:
• Subsea assets in operation
o Single focal point to assure operational integrity of existing subsea assets with Client’s installed subsea systems (ex, Jangkrik), including well construction and installation activities.
o Manage relationship and interface between client and Client’s service center.
o Technically competent to address daily operational troubleshooting and mitigate risk, as well as proactively seeking opportunities to improve main Client’s experience while pulling through scope from Client’s suite of LOF services.
• Subsea projects in EPCI phase
o Single focal point to support the interface between main Client’s project and asset teams to prepare the project for handover into operate phase.
o Manage relationship and interface between client and Client’s project management and engineering teams.
• New projects in concept phase
o Single focal point to support the early concept select and screening of new projects, including add-on scopes and brownfield expansions.
o Manage relationship and interface between main Client and Client capture team.
o Technically competent to address subsea field development challenges (subsea equipment selection and scenario planning) and support main Client’s decision-making processes.
Will consider Indonesian as well as regional expatriate candidates – Singapore, Malaysia or Philippines.
2. TE Business Development (Contract) - 3 persons
Description
This contractor position is on a temporary basis and will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Negotiates and manages contracts and manages relationships for assigned capital projects from conception through execution and completion. Responsible for post contract administration and management of certain contracts relating to the obligations and duties of both parties.
Essential Functions
• Negotiation, management and drafting of contracts including the conditions, scope, and other works information to identify requirements and deliverable and to highlight areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts, or deviations from the scope of work. Makes recommendations to the project managers on the mitigation of these risks. Closely monitors and supports remedial actions and implements appropriate actions.
• Manage contract services with project management teams and external contractors or suppliers to develop workable terms that provide maximum protection for the company within necessary time constraints.
• Develops and manages appropriate mechanisms to monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• May include supervision and requirement to provide guidance to other project team members to ensure technical competence and consistency of common content across several contract packages and to ensure that customer-related actions or in-actions that could result in constructive contract changes are identified and make recommendations on their resolution.
• Maintains a good working relationship with Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, Legal, Project Management and Risk Management to facilitate organizational interfaces to support contract administration.
• Ability to draft contract insurance provisions and implementation of all company requirements. Completes risk analysis for any changes to these provisions and manages these risks through contracting strategy, tracking and reporting.
• Manages contractor reporting and provides contract management expertise to the Project Management team.

• Level of Interaction - Often collaborates with managers and/or functional or site leaders and has significant interaction with external colleagues and partners, vendors and property owners.
• Works under limited supervision and has significant latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines that may affect a group or functional area within the company.
• May include requirement to manage supervisors or mid-level professional individual contributors.
Minimum Qualifications
• Law degree from accredited university and at least twelve (12) years’ experience in transaction law practice including material experience negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts drafting and supervision of outside counsel.
• Must be a self-starter that can pursue a project agenda with minimal supervision and negotiate international agreements in a confident manner.
• Work involves frequent travel, international assignments, and relocation to the site of work

3. Position Title: Contracts Administrator (Local)
Description
This contractor position is on a temporary basis and will be located in Indonesia.
Provides input on the preparation of the contract strategy and planning documents. Prepares and manages the bid processes for construction, engineering and construction services contracts required for the execution of the Capital projects. Administer the construction, engineering and construction services contracts during the execution phase throughout close out. Manages the close out process for those administered contracts. Manages the Contract Administration System CAS.
Preferred Qualifications
• Five to seven (5 to 7) years’ experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering and four (4) years’ experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts management
• Work involves frequent travel and relocation to the site of work
• Training in Contracts Management preferably.
• Ability to work on a deadline driven environment with multiple tasks required to be developed simultaneously.
• Knowledge and ability to write and understand contracts language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.
• Expertise in large copper production and related facilities over USD 100 Millions
• Prior in EPCM and Subcontracts experience preferred
• Heavy industrial construction commercial management experience
• Working as a team member (Client, EPCM & Sub Contractors)
