Almost all Indonesian upstream oil and gas business apply PSC pattern. The system or pattern is quite unique and different compared to financial reporting system of other business in general. PSC-based business pattern generates PSC reporting system among other things in the form of Financial Quarterly Report (FQR).

Structure and content as well as "spirit" of FQR are in accordance with the PSC pattern and system. On the surface, FQR and other PSC reporting system seem complicated and difficult to understand. In this workshop, participants are invited to discuss cases and prepare FQR with facilitator, since it is the only way to comprehensively understand FQR. It is absolutely important to have conceptual understanding to provide strong foundation and correct platform in the case discussion.

Rinto Pudyantoro has been working in oil and gas industry for 21 years. After graduated from UGM in 1989 happen to be a lecture at University of Atmajaya Jogjakarta. Career in oil business was commencing from 1990 at VICO Indonesia. In 2000 transferred to BP Indonesia, and since 2004 to present has been working at BPMIGAS. Until mid year 2011 He is as Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting and Government Income, and now move to Corporate Secretary Unit.
