Background
The rising need to cut down on import dependence and the decreasing reserves of crude oil are the primary factors which amplifying the growth of the global alternative fuels market. Until now, the fuel market has been dominated almost exclusively by mineral oil. Acting at the interface between politics and industry, we need to advocates the use of alternative fuels to change this situation and to reduce emissions.
MTDF, alumni association of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya together with Petromindo.com are proudly hosting this conference. About The Organizing Committee
MTDF (Marine Technical Discussion Forum)
Marine Engineering is a scientific discipline that covers a wide and growing aspect in line with the development of maritime sector in Indonesia. To be able to develop ideas, concepts or ideas in this field, we need a forum that can collect ideas, concepts and ideas that can be discussed together for the benefit of the nation and state.
With all the dynamics of thought and its activities, the alumni of Marine Engineering Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya felt the need to establish Marine Technical Discussion Forum (MTDF) to develop ideas and concepts that exist in the minds of each individual to be collected and communicated together for the benefit to the wider community. This study forum is a venue that can be used to accommodate, discuss and communicate all ideas, concepts, thoughts of the all of us.
The Mission of MTDF is to establish a venue and forum for people in the role of regulator, academic, industry players, practitioner and others stakeholder to exchange and discuss ideas, concepts and technology application in the field of marine science and technology in order to face the current challenges. The Vision of MTDF is to be a flagship technical discussion forum and to create the legacy for better humanity life in the field of maritime science and technology.
Petromindo
Petromindo, stands for petroleum, mineral of Indonesia, is the leading information service on Indonesian petroleum and mining on the Internet. Given the close connection of the petroleum and mining sectors, it also provides information on power.
Petromindo aims to support the development of Indonesian petroleum, mining, and power sectors.
